  Outstanding service from beginning to end. Was given a free upgrade to a balcony room which was most appreciated. The staff are friendly and very professional. Both breakfast & lunch were very high quality, varied and plentiful, and served in a comfortable, well designed restaurant.
  I was in Prague to visit several areas & sites associated with WW2 and this hotel was perfectly located. Very easy to walk to city centre, tram or bus.
  I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to this fabulous city.

  The lobby was amazing and all the staffs were friendly and helpful, especially the lady who checked us in.
  The location is convenient and the tram takes us everywhere. The room is large and clean.

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional too. Don’t wander around out or in town the breakfast here was great and reasonably priced.
  
  What could be improved: Perhaps a little far from town but a nice walk by the river or trams very cheap and frequent just round the corner.

  Our stay was perfect from start to finish, the staff are exceptional and our room was spotless and a fantastic size. The smell throughout the hotel is beautiful. We paid for breakfast which was fantastic quality and very tasty. Location is convenient to vyšehrad and trams to the centre.

  Everything was lovely. Breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and comfortable, very clean and well taken care of. There wasn't any noise, everyone at the reception and the staff in general were extremely polite and helpful. The location is in Prague 2 and very close to tram stations so access to all of Prague is easy. Even without trams though, walking by the river is very relaxing and the scenery beautiful. If I ever visit Prague again I will definitely stay there.
  
  PS. It was my birthday when we arrived and the staff had left a little surprise, which really added to the whole experience and made me happy to see.

  The size of the room was really good, the distance to the public transport was useful and it was never noisy in the evening. The staff were so helpful, when checking in they had a map of all the tourist attractions and local places to eat, which we did try out and found really great!
  
  What could be improved: The breakfast had a good range of food, however the beans were a little hard. Would have liked to have seen some pancakes or waffles.
