Green balcony & king size bed

It is almost impossible to please everyone. A 10/10 review is not just a coincidence.
We stayed 4 nights. He prepared our service according to our background before we arrived. He prepared the food we would like and everything we would need.
His sincerity was also attentive during our stay. His apartment was very clean, well maintained and cozy.
Thanks to him, we had a very comfortable trip and we will visit there again.

As a picky, sitting in the Prague Hlavni Nadrazi train station, this colorful flat had come into eyes many times during 3hrs browsing BOOKING, AGODA, AIRBNB etc to search for a proper accomodation. Like it at the first glance, but told myself this must be after filter. The more attractive, the more disappointed. After struggling for long time, ok, try 1 night first. That’s my first time meeting it, which was in 2023.

Come again this Autumn, and stayed in it by great luck again.

1) Unbelievable that, everywhere keep like brand new after 1 year. How can it be so spotless and tidy like last year?! Even the floor towel in the bathroom keeps the same direction.
2) Entering inside, full of lemon smell, so fresh and lovely
3) Cute green and red cakes on the table (Ephi cooked.), tasty and not very sweet
4) A big new picture on the wall in the dinning room, a small bench as a shoe’s shelf(?), a new dandelion aromatherapy holder,a new flower pot and decoration…new changings and new surprise time by time
5) Full of food in the fridge, cabinet, and lots of fruits on the kitchen table
6) Nice balcony with good backyard view, convenient traffic, supermarkets and restaurants around
7) Different delighting color of bed sheet, quilt cover, cushions…
8) Best of the best, same considerate, gentleman, sincere, kind-hearted Ephi with same wonderful taste

What could be improved: Too short staying of the trip to experience more

Absolutely, amazing apartment, spotlessly clean, every thing you need, the owner carnt do enough for you..he's amazing, even made us cakes.. it's a quiet part but opposite is a tiny cocktail 🍹 amazing experience the chez people are so friendly . Me & the Mrs deffo coming back......million % book this.

The place was faultless. Ephi/Ephraim was kind, accommodating and generous. Communication leading to my stay was clear and comprehensive. Any instructions I needed - from directions to apps to download - were very clear.

The place was extremely clean and fully equipped. The fridge and cupboard were stocked with things that I may need during my stay. Of all the places I have stayed in Booking.com, Ephi's place genuinely sets the standard.

In his spare time, Ephi likes to bake and I was a happy recipient of his cakes! Exceptional!

What could be improved: None.

Omg ♥️Boris is the best host I have ever met and will meet in my entire life!! He’s so kind generous simply an Ange by all means! He took care for more than everything,I was so lucky to be hosted by Him!he gave recommendations and advise me in whatever needed ! -> In one word!! Simply The best apartment not only in Prague but in all of Europe!! Clean!specious,filled with more amenities a traveler or tourist can ask for !! I thank you more than words can even describe for the professional & fabulous host that you are♥️
