free private Parking, central location, Nuslesky Pivovar sunset balcony home, Overview
First Impressions
Honestly, when I first saw the name free private Parking, central location, Nuslesky Pivovar sunset balcony home, I thought it was just someone cramming every selling point into the title. But you know what? After staying here, I get it — they’re not exaggerating. This four-star property in Prague actually delivers on all those promises, which is refreshing in a city where parking can cost you more than dinner.
Location & Neighborhood
The Nusle district isn’t where most tourists end up, but that’s exactly why I loved it here. You’re close enough to walk to Wenceslas Square in about 20 minutes, yet far enough from the crowds that you can actually breathe. The area has this authentic Prague vibe — local pubs, small shops, and real Czech people going about their daily lives. Plus, there’s a tram stop nearby that’ll get you to Old Town in no time, so you’re not exactly stranded out here.
The Room and That Balcony
The room itself is spacious and modern, with that clean Scandinavian-meets-Central-European aesthetic that works really well. But honestly, the star of the show is that sunset balcony they mention in the name. I mean, Prague’s skyline at golden hour? It’s something else entirely. The balcony faces west, so you get these incredible views as the sun sets behind the city’s spires and red rooftops. I found myself planning my entire day around being back here for sunset — it’s that good.
Practical Perks
Let me tell you about the parking situation, because if you’re driving in Prague, this is huge. Free, private, on-site parking in this city is like finding a unicorn. Most hotels either don’t have it or charge you €20+ per night for some sketchy garage blocks away. Here, you just pull up and park — no stress, no extra fees. The property also has a small kitchenette setup, which came in handy for morning coffee and storing those amazing Czech pastries I kept buying from the bakery down the street.
Why Guests Love It
The 9.2 location rating makes perfect sense once you’ve been here — it’s that sweet spot between accessibility and authenticity. Couples especially seem to appreciate the romantic sunset views and the fact that you can actually have a conversation on the balcony without tour groups walking by every five minutes. The whole place feels more like staying at a friend’s well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel, which I suppose is exactly what they’re going for. For a four-star property, the value is solid, especially when you factor in that free parking and the prime sunset real estate.

Reviews of free private Parking, central location, Nuslesky Pivovar sunset balcony home,
Very good – John from Netherlands – 26 July 2025 (8/10)
Lekker rustig en toch dichtbij de stad.
What could be improved: Warm, airconditioning zou mooi zijn.Best apartment in a quite neighborhood, which is not very far from Prague center. – Vinay from India – 23 July 2025 (8/10)
The apartment is perfectly situated outside the city center. You can take a tram, which is just a minute (or two) away from the apartment to get to the city center in 15 to 20 mins. The apartment is newly built and situated in a quite neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and had "almost" everything for a couple (or a couple with baby) to stay. The included parking space was perfect and can even fit a van. Yulia (the apartment manager) met us at the apartment and gave us the keys and showed us to the parking place in the building, which could have been difficult to find just with the info that was provided. An extra inflated bed was provided for the third person. The kitchen and the bathroom is "almost" well equipped with everything a family needs. The huge balcony was "almost" very nice to unwind every mornings and evenings. Extra towels and a kitchen utensil were provided upon request, as we stayed for three nights. Communication with Ms. Zhang (apartment owner) was seamless via WhatsApp, where she was always available for any questions or requests. She brought us a small pot to cook upon request, which was not in the apartment. We could leave the keys in the mailbox when we checked out, which was convenient. You will figure out why I write "almost" more than once, when you read what we didn't like.
What could be improved: We felt the apartment was little small for three adults and a baby to comfortably stay, but manageable. The apartment does not have a wardrobe, so there is literally no place to store your clothes, if you are staying more than a night. The entry way has enough space to fit a wardrobe, and to make place to put on your shoes (which is not in place right now). Even though the kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, plates, cups, etc. it lacks basic utensils such as few small pots to cook. There were only to pans and a huge pot, which was not convenient for us to cook small breakfast. However, this was partially solved by Ms. Zhang quickly. The inflated bed provided for the third person was not comfortable. So had to sleep on the sofa. One of the biggest irritating thing for us was the shower pressure. It was extremely irritating to take a shower everyday with such a low pressure shower. If you turned it to jet spray then the pressure improved a bit, but then the water output is reduced. Overall the showering was unsatisfying everyday. I think by changing the shower head, this could be solved. The balcony overlooks a railway track right it front of it. There was no frequent movement of trains, but whenever a train came, you could hear it. It is was not a big issue for us, but it is not the view one hopes for and a surprise for us when we first arrived at the apartment. I would rate this apartment 10 out of 10 if all these issues were fixed (except for the balcony view). I hope Ms. Zhang takes the pointed issues as suggestions and fixes them for a better stay for customers and so that more and more people book her place.Very good – Dan from Czech Republic – 17 July 2025 (8/10)
