Fashion Loft Overview
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to Fashion Loft on Vladislavova, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The street’s got this interesting mix of old Prague architecture and newer buildings, and the hotel sort of fits right into that vibe. It’s tucked into what feels like a renovated historic building, but once you’re inside, you realize they’ve done something pretty clever with the space. The lobby has this industrial-chic thing going on – exposed brick, clean lines, modern furniture that actually looks comfortable (which, you know, isn’t always a given in boutique places).
What really sold me on this place was the location, and I mean that in a way that goes beyond just “oh, it’s central.” You’re literally a five-minute walk from Wenceslas Square, but here’s the thing – you’re just far enough off the main tourist drag that you’re not dealing with crowds of people stumbling back from beer tours at 2 AM. Vladislavova itself is pretty quiet at night, which honestly surprised me. During the day, you’ve got easy access to everything – the National Museum is right there, and if you want to get to Old Town Square, it’s maybe a 10-minute walk through some really beautiful streets. I actually found myself taking different routes each time just to see more of the neighborhood. The tram connections are solid too, though honestly, you probably won’t need them much since most of what you want to see is walkable.
The rooms themselves feel more spacious than you’d expect for a 3-star place in this part of Prague. I mean, we’re not talking luxury suite territory, but the design is smart – they’ve used the high ceilings well, and there’s actually room to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. The bathrooms are modern and clean, with decent water pressure (always a concern in older European buildings). One small thing that I appreciated – the windows are properly soundproofed, so even though you’re in the city center, you can actually sleep without earplugs. The WiFi was reliable throughout my stay, which matters if you’re trying to plan day trips or just stay connected. Check-in was smooth, and the staff seemed to actually know the neighborhood well – they gave me some restaurant recommendations that were spot-on, including this little wine bar around the corner that I never would have found otherwise. The breakfast setup is continental style, nothing fancy, but good coffee and fresh pastries. For what you’re paying and where you are, Fashion Loft delivers on being a comfortable, well-located base for exploring Prague without any of the stuffiness or tourist-trap feeling you get at some of the bigger hotels in the area.

Reviews of Fashion Loft
Exceptional – Maarja from Estonia – 19 July 2025 (10/10)
Nice apartment for bigger families. We had 11 persons, but it fits even more. Great location.
What could be improved: The room plan in photos is not very accurate, I think it just needs some upgrading 😉Great trip for 15 men – Scott from United Kingdom – 9 May 2025 (10/10)
The accomodation was great, 15 of us stayed here for a stag do. Great location opposite a great pub. Provided everything we needed.
What could be improved: Nothing.Highly recommended – Matteo from Italy – 26 April 2025 (9/10)
The position is excellent, in a nice area and literally a couple of minutes walk from the very centre of Prague. The apartment is big and comfortable, with plenty of space and clean bathrooms. I would definitely recommend it for large groups of 8 to 10 people, or even more if needed.
What could be improved: An automatic light with a sensor would go on by itself even if no one was there, but that was a very minor problem and probably easy to fix. The fact that you get two apartments sort of separated can be good or bad depending on your needs. For us it was ok as we were two families.Very good – Graham from United Kingdom – 9 April 2025 (8/10)
Close to all attractions
What could be improved: Nothing every thing was greatFit for purpose – Gurmeet from United Kingdom – 23 March 2025 (9/10)
Great for large party of people spacious and clean
What could be improved: The layer is a bit confusing wheel was under the impression it was one apartment but actually it was broken down into two separate apartments which was a bit misleading. The exterior of the building is not a true reflection of the pictures posted on Booking.com so definitely need updating as it’s a bit confusing to find the property.Exceptional – Ian from United Kingdom – 12 January 2025 (10/10)
How central it was nice area
Overal a very well located and clean place with great communication. – Martin from Australia – 31 December 2024 (8/10)
Really really good location near city centre and Christmas Markets. Very clean and kitchen well equipped. Host communicated very well and check in and out was amazing.
What could be improved: The entrance for the lowest level apartment has a cage door and then your own apartment door. We couldn’t figure out how to the open the cage door without a key even from the inside. Some of us feared that this would be a fire escape hazard if emergency egress was needed and we couldn’t locate a key.Lovely apartment very happy. – Jonathan from United Kingdom – 23 September 2024 (9/10)
Great apartment, clean, tidy, functional, good quality beds and showers and plenty of provision. Really well suited to our group.
What could be improved: Nothing didn't like apart from the room with two showers and one toilet in was bit awkward when two people wanted a shower and one the toilet at once which with 13 of us happened. We made it work though. Still very happy.Great value and location for what we wanted as a group of friends on a stag do. – Roman from United Kingdom – 9 September 2024 (10/10)
Easy instructions on how to get access upon arrival. Great location. Ample keys to suit large groups. The fast and helpful communication from the host.
What could be improved: The only thing I would improve for comfort would be more fans / air conditioning but we did visit during 30° weather.Absolutely great location! Everything is within a walking distance. – Yanita from Bulgaria – 6 September 2024 (8/10)
Great location! Comfortable and spacious apartments .
What could be improved: Very small bedrooms.
