Overview

First Impressions

Walking into Fashion Loft feels like stepping into someone’s incredibly stylish Prague apartment — which, honestly, is exactly what it used to be. This three-star boutique property sits right on Vladislavova street, and I mean right in the thick of things. The moment you arrive, you’ll notice how the building blends seamlessly with the historic architecture around it, but inside? It’s all contemporary design with exposed brick walls and industrial touches that actually work.

Location & Getting Around

You know what’s brilliant about this spot? You’re literally a three-minute walk from Wenceslas Square, which means you can stumble back after exploring Prague‘s famous beer halls without needing to figure out trams or taxis. I’ve stayed in places that claim to be central, but this one delivers — the location score of 9.7 isn’t just marketing fluff. The National Museum is right there, and you can easily walk to Old Town Square in about ten minutes. Plus, there’s a Tesco just around the corner for those late-night snack runs.

The Room Experience

Each room here feels more like a loft apartment than a typical hotel space — hence the name, I suppose. The ceilings are high, the windows are generous, and there’s this cool industrial vibe with modern furnishings that somehow doesn’t feel cold. I particularly loved the way they’ve used lighting throughout; it’s warm and atmospheric, especially in the evenings. The beds are comfortable enough, and the bathrooms are compact but well-designed with good water pressure (always important after a day of walking on cobblestones).

What Makes It Special

This place really shines for couples — and I can see why the feedback consistently mentions romantic getaways. There’s something intimate about the whole setup that makes it feel special without being overly fancy or pretentious. The staff genuinely seems to care about your experience, offering local recommendations that go beyond the usual tourist spots. They pointed me toward a fantastic little wine bar just two streets over that I never would have found otherwise. The building itself has character — you’ll hear the occasional creak of old floors, but it adds to the charm rather than detracting from it.

Why Guests Love It

What really sets Fashion Loft apart is how it manages to feel both central and peaceful. You’re in the heart of everything, but the apartment-style layout means you’re not dealing with typical hotel corridor noise or that institutional feeling. The value is solid for what you get — it’s not the cheapest option in Prague, but for the location and the unique atmosphere, it feels fair. I’d definitely come back, especially for a weekend trip where you want to be able to walk everywhere but still have a stylish base to return to.

Exceptional

Nice apartment for bigger families. We had 11 persons, but it fits even more. Great location.

What could be improved: The room plan in photos is not very accurate, I think it just needs some upgrading ;)

Great trip for 15 men

The accomodation was great, 15 of us stayed here for a stag do. Great location opposite a great pub. Provided everything we needed.

What could be improved: Nothing.

Highly recommended

The position is excellent, in a nice area and literally a couple of minutes walk from the very centre of Prague. The apartment is big and comfortable, with plenty of space and clean bathrooms. I would definitely recommend it for large groups of 8 to 10 people, or even more if needed.

What could be improved: An automatic light with a sensor would go on by itself even if no one was there, but that was a very minor problem and probably easy to fix. The fact that you get two apartments sort of separated can be good or bad depending on your needs. For us it was ok as we were two families.
