What really won me over was how the apartments strike this perfect balance between having your own space and getting proper hotel service. I mean, you’ve got a full kitchen (which saved me a fortune, let’s be honest), but housekeeping still comes by, and there’s actually someone at reception who knows the area inside and out. The woman working when I checked in – wish I’d gotten her name – gave me this insider route to Wenceslas Square that avoided all the construction near the castle. Little things like that make such a difference. The apartments themselves feel lived-in rather than showroom perfect, which I actually prefer. Sure, the furniture isn’t going to win any design awards, but everything works, the beds are properly comfortable, and there’s this cozy factor that a lot of fancier places just can’t nail. Plus, parking was incredibly easy – and free, which in Prague is basically like finding gold.

Here’s the thing about this location that took me a day or two to fully appreciate: you’re in real Prague. Not tourist Prague, not business district Prague, but where actual families live and kids ride bikes in the courtyard. The tram stop is literally a three-minute walk, and once you figure out the system (which honestly isn’t hard), you can get anywhere in the city center in about fifteen minutes. I loved coming back in the evenings to this quiet street after spending days wandering the packed Old Town. The neighborhood has this authentic rhythm – people walking dogs in the morning, the smell of someone’s dinner wafting from windows, that sort of thing. There’s a decent grocery store around the corner, and I discovered this little pub about five blocks away that serves the kind of goulash that locals actually eat. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. It’s not luxury, but it’s genuine and comfortable and gives you a completely different perspective on Prague than you’d get staying right in the tourist center. For the price and the experience, it’s honestly hard to beat.

  During night trying to enter the building was absolutely darkness!! Only after elevator arrives you may see…

  The location was great, parking easy, apartment had everything we needed! Arrival instructions were clear and in English.
  The kids shared a double bed but were fine as there were separate duvets!

  It was a lovely base for 2 days in Prague. It was very close to a beautiful park, and about 6 minutes walk to the trams that brought us right into the city centre. There are great eateries and shops in the area, you really couldn't ask for much else. We stayed with our 4 small kids and there was plenty of space in the apartment, and the couchs in the rooms allowed myself and my wife to enjoy a coffee while the kids were in the other room. I would 100% stay here again.
  
  What could be improved: Very little not to like, really. It may have been short one or two things in the kitchen, like a kettle, but with the quality of the coffee shops and restaurants in the area, we didn't really eat in any way.
