It was a splendid experience given the hotel's very comfy room, huge lobby area and rather good location.
What could be improved: The check-in process took ages as the front office was visibly understaffed.
This hotel was beautiful, staff so friendly and room very comfortable , l requested a room with a bath and l got the most amazing bath
