Erbenova Apartments

Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to Erbenova Apartments for the first time, I’ll be honest — it doesn’t scream “look at me” from the street. This three-star property sits quietly on a residential street in Prague, and that’s actually part of its charm. The building has that classic Central European feel, nothing flashy, but you can tell it’s been thoughtfully maintained. What struck me right away was how peaceful the area felt, especially considering you’re still well within reach of Prague’s main attractions.

Location That Actually Works

Here’s the thing about staying in this part of Prague — you get to feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it. The apartment building sits in a neighborhood where locals actually go about their daily lives, which I found refreshing after staying in some of the more touristy areas. You’re close enough to walk to the major sights (though honestly, you’ll probably want to use public transport for some of them), but far enough away that you won’t hear groups of tourists wandering around at midnight. The couples who stay here seem to particularly appreciate this balance — there’s something romantic about having your own quiet corner of Prague.

The Space Itself

The apartments here are what I’d call “no-nonsense comfortable.” My room was clean, well-organized, and had everything I actually needed without a bunch of unnecessary extras. The kitchen setup was particularly useful — not huge, but functional enough that I could make coffee in the morning and even prepare simple meals. You know what I appreciated most? The fact that everything worked properly. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the heating did its job, and the shower had decent water pressure. Sometimes that’s all you really want.

Practical Considerations

Getting around from here is pretty straightforward once you figure out the public transport connections. I mean, Prague’s tram and metro system takes a day or two to get used to, but the location gives you good access to multiple lines. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving — this is Prague, after all — but the staff was helpful in pointing out the best options nearby. The building itself is quiet, which I really valued after long days of sightseeing. You can actually get a good night’s sleep here.

Why Guests Love It

What keeps people coming back to Erbenova Apartments isn’t any single standout feature — it’s the combination of things that just work well together. You get a genuine Prague neighborhood experience without sacrificing comfort or accessibility. The value is solid for what you’re paying, especially if you’re the type of traveler who wants a reliable base rather than a flashy hotel experience. Plus, there’s something satisfying about having your own space with a proper kitchen when you want to take a break from restaurant meals. It’s the kind of place that grows on you, and honestly, that’s exactly what I want when I’m staying somewhere for more than just a night or two.

Good

The apartment was spacious and comfy, ok for weekend stay for a bigger group. The door were opened via application shared before the arrival.

What could be improved: The apartment's floor was not clean as well as the stairway in the building (might be due to the construction in the building?). The shower was not leveled, so the water was not draining properly.

Good

An easy-to-access apartment near a tram stop. Good for family travel.

What could be improved: - the kitchen was poorly equipped: no forks, spoons, or knives, and only two plates.
- the elevator stops between the floors, so one must take the stairs section to get on the elevator and another after getting off the elevator.

Would recommend, great price, great location

Great location for a great price. Door opens with your mobile instead of a key, this was very useful with a group of friends. Clean and comfortable.

What could be improved: The shower and the toilet were not in a 100% shape, it was still usable, but broken. The floor felt weird at places. All of the noise coming from the corridor can be heard rather loudly.
