    very nice big apartment, the location was nice. we were in february and it was warm inside. very nice kitchen.

    What could be improved: bedding was weird material. apartment has only one bathroom and one toilet seperated. manager let us in but she didn’t know english and said barely one word. it was 8 of us and we had only one key. doesn’t have parking space so you have to pay for garage.

    The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very spacious, clean and in a great location.
    Communications from Nelly were excellent- she kept us informed at all times and she was able to allow us to store our bags on the last day before we had to travel home.

    What could be improved: The fact that there was only one bathroom and toilet wasn’t great.

    Localization was perfect, close to everything what we wanted to see in Prague. Also apartment was quite big and comfortable enough.

    What could be improved: It wasn't very clean. I mean it was clean enough but some places were gross, like something what looked like dried snot near head on bed or my kid found something what looked like empty bag for drugs on the table.

    The location to the tram was excellent and could walk to many attractions. We could walk a long walk to train station which was nice for our trip to Vienna. There were 3 Christmas markets within walking distance. National Museum was also within walking distance. Nelly was very responsive and tried her best to resolve issues. On third day after notifying of heat and hot water issue, Nelly dropped off bottled water, chocolates, sparkling nonalcoholic beverage and more TP since we were left only 1/2 roll. Convenient store across to street to buy snacks and TP.

    What could be improved: We had to wait for Nelly to let us in and room was not ready when we arrived. We were able to drop off bags, but the room was 1-hour late from check-in time. There was no heat or hot water two mornings and someone could not come fix it until 5:00 pm both times. There was a dirty spoon in the drawer and one of the white accent pillows had something gross on it. There is no transportation arrangement from airport and back. There are no onsite coffee shops or restaurants. There is no shower, just a very deep tub with a shower hose which was very hard to keep water off the floor. There were only 2 bedrooms and 3 beds with a pullout couch in one of the bedrooms with a bed in the Livingroom but no couch for families to hang out together.

    Reasonable apartment not too far from the city attractions, with possibility of parking nearby. The host was nice and replied to all our questions.

    What could be improved: The description is a bit confusing, showing the apartment has 2 bathrooms when in reality it should be considered only one as there is a 0.5 bathroom only with a toilet and a 0.5 bathroom only with sink and shower – this is not ideal if a bigger group stays there. One of the bedroom is actually also the kitchen.
    A self check-in should be implemented as it would be much easier than waiting for someone to give you the keys. I did not appreciate that I was called at 7 in the morning to be asked at what time we'll arrive.

    The location of the property is fantastic. You are right near numerous public transport routes, eateries and there is a small supermarket within walking distance.

    What could be improved: Please be aware that there are serious inaccuracies within the description on Booking.com. In order to check up on a few things based on other reviews, I contacted the property before travelling and was still given inaccurate information that made the property completely unsuitable for our visit. Be aware of the following:

    – there are only two separate bedrooms and no living room to speak of. There is a fixed double bed in the kitchen which makes up the third bedroom. Specifically asked if there was three separate bedrooms and was told there was.

    – there are not two separate bathrooms. One is a room with a toilet (it doesn't even have a hand wash sink) and the other has a corner bath and sink. There is no shower apart from a shower attachment on the bath. I specifically asked if it was 2 bathrooms and told it was.

    – the property does not have air conditioning (not even any fans). We were there in Jun/Jul and the weather was over 27 degrees. The property is hot and the only way to sleep was with open windows.

    – the location is very noisy as it is located right on a busy main road. All through the night there is activity from other residents in the courtyard and a constant stream of emergency vehicles 24 hours a day.

    – the property was okay in terms of cleanliness but really needs some upgrades and a deep clean.

    – It does NOT have the following as per the description: Free toiletries, Air conditioning, Safety deposit box, Sofa, Soundproofing, Additional toilet, Carpeted, Electric kettle, Patio, Executive lounge access, Tumble dryer, Toaster. There is also no on-site cafe/restaurant.

    The lady who gave us the key (Jahhna) was extremely nice and welcoming. And the location was prertty good. They also left for us some fruit, a bottle of champagne and chocolate bars, which was wery nice of them.

    What could be improved: This is not how it looks like in the pictures! The kitchen is ok, howevr eveything else is just not. One of the bedrooms is in the kitchen, which aupposebly has an air conditioning but its a mobile air conditioning device which keeps gets doaconnectwd from the window to where it is attached. The main vedroon has an owful amell of body odder (i think the sheets werent changed in between guests), the pillows are wery old and basicly fall apart on the inside. The other bedroom with the bed and the sofa is very hot for some reason, and the bed is so shaky i couldnt let my kids sleep in it. The sofa is old with peeling leather cover. The toilet is small with very little ventilations. The bath is some kind of a jakuse which makes it very uncomfortable to take a shower there, and had not curtain so the water always spill out. The towles were stained.

    Also, although there is a lift, the apartment is placed in between two levels so you either need to drag your suitcase one stairs flight down the stairs or up the stairs.
