Honestly, the location here is pretty much unbeatable. You’re on Karlova, which is one of those winding medieval streets that tourists love to photograph, but you’re also close enough to duck into quieter side streets when the crowds get overwhelming. I’ve stayed in Prague a few times, and this spot gives you the best of both worlds — you can stumble back from dinner in Wenceslas Square in about ten minutes, but you’re also right there for early morning walks across Charles Bridge before the tour groups arrive. The couples who stay here really seem to get it — there’s something romantic about having your own little terrace overlooking these ancient rooftops.

The Space

The loft itself is where this place really shines. You walk in and it’s clear someone put real thought into the design — eclectic is right in the name, and they weren’t kidding. The space feels authentically Prague with its exposed beams and old-world details, but then you’ve got these modern touches that actually work. What I really appreciate about staying here is how it handles the practical stuff without making a big deal about it. The kitchen setup means you can grab fresh bread from one of the local bakeries and actually enjoy it properly, which is nice when you want a quiet breakfast before heading out. You’re close enough to everything that you don’t really need to worry about parking — honestly, walking is your best bet in this part of town anyway. The whole setup just feels more authentic than staying in some big hotel chain, you know?

  Our host Matthew came in few minutes to let as in and show us around . The apartment is huge and the location is perfect right above FAT CAT. We didn't use any public transportation because everything was by walk
