The hotel staff was going the extra mile to be helpful, even late at night. I was amazed by the readiness to help with the wide range of questions.

What could be improved: Nothing
The location of the hotel was excellent. It took 40mins from airport to hotel. We used first bus then metro and when we exit the metro, the hotel was just outside. The receptionist was very helpful and similing. The heat of the room was great. I can say that we were sweating rather than feeling cold.
What could be improved: The elevator was a little slow.
