    Location and size was awesome
    Seperate toilet and sheer

    What could be improved: There was no laundry faculties (not that they advertised there were -it just would have made the trip even better)

    Was a solo traveller and delighted I booked this place. The staff were friendly but special shout out to Petr who went above and beyond in being helpful, friendly and personable. Whatever he gets paid, he should be paid more! Great facilities like iron/ironing board and attention to detail like a shoe horn, umbrellas, shopping bags.

    What could be improved: As others have said in their review, it needs more than one pillow and the pillow quality needs to be upgraded. The automatic light that turns on in the hallway is also annoying. Minor things though.

    A nice large apartment plenty of room for two couples. Great location.

    What could be improved: The apartment was lovely and warm but the back bedroom was cold, some blankets for the bed would have been nice.

    The appartment is huge, excellent for a big family.
    The beds are comfortable. Great living room.
    Excellent location.
    The house is on the first floor and there are two flight of stairs, however, it wasn't a big deal for us.

    What could be improved: There was no washing machine, nor a laundromat nearby which is a must when traveling with kids.
    There weren't enough garbage bags nor kitchen paper.

    A very good sized apartment with two separate bedrooms, which was a very good find.
    Check in and check out were both very easy
    I would suggest that the apartment looks better in reality than in the photos.
    Very clean, well equipped throughout, in a great location close to the city centre.
    Comfortable furniture and bedding.

    What could be improved: Not too much to put here, but the entrance light was PIR controlled and was off and on every few seconds. The hot water boiler needed resetting very frequently, easily done, but inconvenient.

    spacious. owner was very helpful. location is excellent. very clean property. excellent room plan.

    What could be improved: had to play with water heater as it kept switching off. shower area could use some upgrade. overall nice property. motion sensing light at the entrance door was annoying, particularly at night!

    Great location, spacious apartment, comfy beds. simple accommodation. It was quiet at this time of year. We were told that the sofa bed was broken. Fabulous Indian restaurant just next door. We went to the tourist information and got fantastic restaurant recommendations, one was up at the Monastery and one at the end and under the Charles Bridge. We had a great time. A nice lady met us and gave us the keys to the apartment and a taxi was arranged for us from the airport.

    What could be improved: Basic toiletries would have been good.
