Очень удобное месторасположение, трамвай 22 доставит прямо от жилья до достопримечательностей. Чисто, матрасы удобные, все необходимое есть в квартире.
Наши ожидания были меньше чем мы получили.
Доброжелательный хозяин, который может посоветовать и где поесть вкусно и что посмотреть.
UN APARTAMENTO IDEAL PARA UNA HERMOSA CIUDAD
Lo mejor es que nuestro anfitrión Bohdan, nos recibió en persona y eso lo valoramos muchisimo pues actualmente la mayoría de veces son instrucciones para encontrar una llave o una clave o procedimiento para entrar al apartamento, nos presento el apartamento con todo lo que disponía y adicionalmente nos recomendó un restaurante cercano para comer y un bar para pasar un buen rato también cercano, excelentes sugerencias. Le hicimos un par de preguntar por whatsapp y siempre mostro la mejor disposición para respondernos. La ubicación de este apartamento también nos encanto por la tranquilidad del barrio (a pesar de que a pocos metros había un bar, solo tuvimos que cerrar la ventana y no sentimos el poco ruido). El servicio de transporte también fue excepcional con buses y tram que nos llevaban a cualquier lugar que quisiéramos de la ciudad. Un parque grande a 1 cuadra fue un super plus para relajarnos aun a altas horas de la noche viendo una parte de la ciudad desde un mirador a media luz.

Good location, great host, and the apartment has everything you need
A great apartment for its price! The apartment is a bit old, but it’s equipped with everything you need — it even had heating, and we stayed there at the end of May. The location is good, with a wonderful park not far away, and there are lots of cool bars and great restaurants nearby. The host is awesome — very friendly and cheerful. He recommended some great places to eat and drink, and communication with him was super easy. Overall, the price-quality ratio is top-notch!
What could be improved: The apartment is old and could use a bit of cosmetic renovation. We wanted to put our things in the nightstand, but it was falling apart. The bed consists of two mattresses, which honestly should already be thrown out and replaced with a new one — it’s way too soft. In general, a lot of things in the apartment need to be fixed or replaced. But I’ll say it again — for a low price, it has all the necessary amenities and, in my opinion, a really great location!

Excellent stay at Downtown Apartments Kozácká. The apartment was spacious, modern, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after exploring Prague. Quiet location with easy access to the city center by tram or on foot. Bohdan was always attentive and added thoughtful touches like snacks and chocolates upon arrival. Everything was spotless and comfortable, with a smooth check-in. Highly recommended for a hassle-free and pleasant stay.

Excellent location. 1min of walk to the nearest tram station and three stations to metro by tram then. Several good beer and cocktail bars very close to the apartment. Friendly host. Quiet street.
What could be improved: Bed was too soft for my taste. Not possible to park a car near the apartment.
Practical small apartment
The apartment was not very big but has everything you need. Interior is a bit older but very clean. Nice bed, relatively quiet. Host is super friendly and responsive.
