  Excellent location, close to the center. Large apartments with everything you need. The hosts are friendly.

  We stayed in the apartment for 3 days five people, everything was perfect, comfortable and
  clean. It is in the city center not far away the old town. There are lots of clubs and pubs near the apartmen but it isn’t noisy with closed windows. The host was really nice and helpful.

  Lage sehr gut – natürlich muss man sich durch benachbarte Bars und etwas ältere Fenster auf Lautstärke nachts einstellen, deshalb haben wir die Prag-Reise unter der Woche geplant. Zudem mussten wir aus verschiedenen Gründen ca. 30-40 Min. bei An- und Abreise warten, trotz jeweils rechtzeitigem Bescheidgeben – hier ist verglichen mit vielen unserer Reisen zuvor noch Luft nach oben in der Organisation – aber es lief dennoch alles freundlich und stressfrei ab. Insgesamt hat es schon gepasst für einen Kurztrip in diese wunderschöne, aber leider auch preislich mehr als selbstbewusste Stadt (ca. Münchner oder Hamburger Niveau).
  
  What could be improved: Ein bauartbedingtes No-Go und dafür kann der Vermieter auch nichts: kein Waschbecken auf der sehr kleinen Toilette. Leider hat es beim Betreten der Wohnung sehr nach Abfluss gerochen – entweder bedingt durch die ältere Bausubstanz und Rohre oder durch fehlenden Durchfluss für längere Zeit. Toilette und Dusche sind nicht abschließbar und die Toilette hat eine abenteuerliche Passivlüftung – eine Art dunkler Schornsteinschacht, d.h. man muss sich nach WC-Besuchen auf längere Gerüche einstellen oder ein Raumspray bereithalten. Alle Türen in der Wohnung quietschten und bräuchten mal ein Tröpfchen Öl. Die Handtücher haben leider teils sehr alt und unangenehm gerochen. In allen Schubläden und Schränken waren sichtbare Haare und Fussel – das ist weit entfernt von voller Punktzahl bei der Sauberkeit – noch dazu im Verhältnis zum Preis.

  Appartamento vicino al centro. Comodo per visitare tutta la città a piedi. Wifi gratis e super veloce.
  Molto comoda la possibilità di avere un posteggio a pagamento in garage.
