I mean, you’re right along the Vltava River with these sweeping views that honestly make you forget you’re staying at a four-star hotel rather than something more expensive. The building itself has this modern, understated elegance — not flashy, but definitely polished in that way that makes you feel like you’ve made a smart choice.

The Neighborhood

Here’s what I love about this area of Prague — you’re in Karlín, which locals will tell you is one of the city’s coolest up-and-coming districts. It’s got this perfect balance where you feel like you’re discovering something authentic, but you’re still just a quick tram ride from Old Town Square. The riverfront location means morning walks are actually scenic (not just something you feel obligated to do), and there are some genuinely good coffee spots within a few blocks that haven’t been completely overrun by tourists yet.

Your Room and Space

The room I stayed in faced the river, and honestly, waking up to that view never got old during my stay. The design is clean and contemporary without being cold — you know what I mean, where everything looks nice but still feels like a place you’d actually want to spend time. The beds are properly comfortable (I’m picky about this), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. What really impressed me was the attention to small details — good lighting for reading, plenty of outlets where you actually need them, that sort of thing. The kitchenette in the suite is well-equipped for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals.

Practical Perks

One thing that’ll save you both money and hassle — they have free private parking right on site. If you’ve ever tried to park in central Prague, you’ll know this is actually a big deal. The staff genuinely seems to know the city well too, so when you ask for recommendations, you get real suggestions rather than just the obvious tourist spots. I ended up at this fantastic local restaurant they recommended that I never would have found otherwise. The spa facilities are also a wonderful addition for unwinding after exploring the city.

Look, couples especially seem to get what makes this place special — there’s something about the riverside setting and the neighborhood’s relaxed vibe that just works for a romantic getaway. But honestly, I think it’s the combination of being somewhere that feels distinctly Prague while still having all the modern comforts you want after a day of walking around the city. You’re not paying five-star prices, but you’re getting that sense of place and quality that makes a trip memorable rather than just comfortable.   Prachtige accommodatie met fantastische parkeerplek. Ruim opgezet en op loopafstand van de metro/tram. Balkon met avondzon, heerlijk even genieten voordat de avond begint.
  
  What could be improved: Het enige minpunt: iedere avond live muziek van 2 verschillende tenten in de buurt. Stopt rond 22 uur.

  The place is simply beautiful. The inner courtyard has a little brook running through it, a gorgeous garden. It feels safe and modern.
  
  What could be improved: Even with drapes drawn and shutters closed, there's still some light coming through at night.

  Clean, comfy beds, big balcony, nice neighborhood. Secure parking, shops nearby. Easy to get to the center by tram or metro. Had an iron and hairdryer, dishwasher
  
  What could be improved: Neither pan fit to the cooker and there were no smaller casserole. So we had only big and huge casserole to cook in.
  Taking the key from another place to check in is very inconvenient and there were almost nowhere to park for free near that place to grab the key.

  Everything was perfect. The building is in a quiet and very clean residential building. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and so close to the city centre – only 3 tram stops.

  What could be improved: It was between 27,5 and 30 Celsius in the appartment during our whole stay. The appartment was that hot that we could not stay 2 out of 3 nights there. When we complained about the heat, the company got rude and simply claimed that it is summer and that's a normal temperature

  Amazing that very nice lady in the office was waiting for us to give us keys and explain everything at 20:30 on friday! Also fast feedback for any questions asked before we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay. Buliding is really nice and in good location. Close to metro station. Underground parking is a big plus. Little tight spot but still ok. (neighbours were parked badly so its their fault)
  
  What could be improved: Just one small thing. When leaving the apartment we had to drive our car outside first and then go again inside to leave keys in the apartment. Parking on the street around there is not very easy. We were told we need the RFID key to open garage door. Quite pointless as there is a button to call reception who will open the garage gate for you 😀
