Design Hotel Neruda

We stayed here earlier this year and knew we just had to come back. A beautiful little boutique hotel with brilliant staff and the most delicious breakfasts.

What could be improved: Nothing, it was excellent.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, along with yummy breakfast and an excellent location. Design room with the bathtub was comfortable and cosy.

Perfect for our weekend trip - the hotel was clean and comfortable, and very quiet. Location was excellent, far enough from the main tourist locations so that it was not crowded or noisy, but with an easy walk to the sights. The included breakfast buffet was a lovely addition and so helpful in getting an early start. We also appreciate that the staff kindly arranged airport taxis for us - the drivers were very polite and prompt. Overall a great experience.

What could be improved: Our room became quite warm even though we turned down the heating, as we like to sleep in a colder room. We often had to open the windows to try to bring the temperature down.

perfect location, the room was comfortable a huge really comfy bed and the breakfast was excellent.
