Design Apartment – Balcony, Free Parking, Yoga, 10 mins to center, by Gravity Prague

Clean, bright and modern apartment in a new project. Perfect for a family with two children, the TV with Netflix and YouTube connection definitely helped us ;)

The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. It looked great in the pictures, but when we arrived we were delighted with the accommodation.
The location is great, the tram station is about 500m walk from the apartment. Parking space (closed) available within the accommodation.

Recommendation for the accommodation and the host ❤️

The apartment is in a great location, easy to access public transit and in a nice neighborhood. It is comfortable and well appointed. I worked remotely for part of our stay and my partner did some touring around. The arrival directions were very clear. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the living room and kitchen were very nice!

What could be improved: Overall this is a wonderful property and I would stay here again, so these concerns are minimal. I am adding them because this is a more expensive (high end) property.
1) The WiFi was spotty. The first day it worked fine, the second and third days the connection strength went up and down randomly. This resulted in lagging on zoom meetings and once losing connection but it resumed just after. If you are not working the connection will be fine to meet your needs.
2) the coffee machine took a type of pod we had never seen, two local grocery stores had never seen (I brought a pod to the store to find more) and Google lens could not locate. I think 3 pods came with the apt for a 5 day stay. There was no way to buy replacements and the host never responded about this. I was glad to have brought my own coffee cone and I bought ground coffee from the store and made my own. Host should consider a more standard nepresso machine.
3) I got locked in. With one set of keys, my husband went out and locked the door with the key when he left (which he should not have but it was habit) and put the keys in the key box outside. I could not get out- it requires a key. Also very easy to accidentally lock yourself out just going into the hallway (but you can only get locked inside with the deadbolt). I have come to see this type of lock is common in Europe - our last two places have been similar. We figured out how to use the intercom to buzz in after that if one person went out alone and that was the solution! (Also my husband made an extra key we left in the key box). Again I think we bear responsibility here and the owners now have a spare key.

The apartment is in a new residential area, well furnished and equipped, quiet and very clean. Nothing is missing, the beds are comfortable. A great advantage is the free parking, the public transport stops nearby (you can reach the old town in about 20 minutes) and many shops and restaurants. Great contact with the host who cares about a good stay and the comfort of guests.

We liked everything. Nice interior, comfortable place and good guide about way, how to get keys, use parking and all other possibilities of apartment.
Free parking place in the garage.

What could be improved: No bad things about this apartment.
