Deluxe suite in prime location Overview
So I stumbled upon this gem on Charvátova Street – honestly, I almost walked right past it because the entrance is pretty understated. But man, once you’re inside this deluxe suite, you immediately get why it’s pulling a 9.1 rating despite being just a 3-star place. Sometimes the stars don’t tell the whole story, you know?
The location is actually insane if you know Prague at all. You’re literally a two-minute walk from Wenceslas Square, which means you can stumble back from those late-night beer halls without needing to figure out the tram system (trust me on this one). But here’s the thing – Charvátova is just tucked away enough that you don’t get the constant stream of drunk tourists outside your window at 2 AM like you would on the main drag. I mean, there’s still some city noise because, well, it’s Prague, but nothing that decent windows can’t handle. The suite itself feels way more spacious than typical European hotel rooms – you’ve actually got room to open your suitcase without doing some weird furniture tetris game. The furnishings are sort of modern-meets-traditional Czech, nothing too fancy but definitely clean and comfortable. What really got me was the attention to little details… good water pressure in the shower (seriously underrated when you’re jet-lagged), proper blackout curtains, and they actually had decent coffee in the room instead of that instant stuff that tastes like sadness.
The neighborhood vibe is perfect if you want to feel like you’re staying somewhere locals actually live, not just a tourist bubble. There’s this little bakery around the corner that opens ridiculously early – I kept meaning to ask the name but my Czech is basically nonexistent – where you can grab proper pastries for breakfast. Way better than hotel breakfast pricing, honestly. You’re also walking distance to the Jewish Quarter and Old Town Square, but you probably already knew that. What you might not know is that the nearest Metro station (Muzeum) connects you to both lines, so getting to Prague Castle or anywhere else is actually pretty straightforward. Check-in was smooth, no drama – they seem to have their act together operationally. The staff English is solid, and they genuinely seemed to know the area well when I asked about restaurant recommendations.
Look, I’m not going to pretend this is some luxury resort experience, but for the price point and location, it’s honestly hard to beat. If you’re the type who just needs a clean, comfortable base to crash between exploring the city, this hits all the right notes. Plus that 9.1 rating isn’t just people being nice – the place delivers on what it promises without any unpleasant surprises.
Many travelers prefer to book apartments in Prague through local agencies that offer personalized recommendations and insider knowledge about the best neighborhoods for exploring the city’s rich medieval heritage.

Location was perfect to be in the Praha1. Groceries, restaurant and public transport easily accessible 5 mins walk.
What could be improved: Kitchen utensils could be better specially frying pan (very heavy). Water leak in the washroom tiles after taking the shower.Közel S Távol, Minden Ami kell, de semmi ami nem. – Imre from Hungary – 24 April 2025 (10/10)
What could be improved: –Exceptional – Leonidas from Sweden – 23 February 2025 (10/10)

Die Lage war perfekt, da sehr zentral! Und es war trotzdem sehr ruhig.
