  The layout and amount of space, it was huge!

  The location was great and a perfect place not far from the centre, there was room for each guest and room for more if party was bigger, with clean facilities was a good stay.

  The place needs some refreshing touch up,but overall apartment was spacious and in a very good location.

  The location is near to Charles Bridge and Old Town, it just a walking distance.The apartment is clean
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is a bit old which needs some renovation due to there are damages /broken things . They asked for a security /damage deposit of 250 euro and refundable after 7days. However, they will charge us if they find broken things after our stay. To update, we haven’t receive the refund, our check out was yesterday Aug.8.
  Another thing, we have difficulties of sleeping due to noisy outside, and a busting trains and buses.

  The house was in a very central area and the space was big enough for a group of 10 people. There were many plates and utensils for everyone. The price was fair for the space and the area of the apartment
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately we only had one key to share which made our stay and organization very hard. We communicated with the owner to ask more keys, they said we can have more but they never replied again so we ended up sharing just one key (10 people) for 5 whole days! Also the doors, windows and beds were made of very bad material!

  Велика квартира за загальною кімнатою, що сполучена з кухнею, дуже зручно ввечері провести час, попити каву чи просто провести час на загальній територіі. Кровати досить зручні. В квартирі декілька санвузлів.
  
  What could be improved: Найнезручніше це було отриманню ключив знаходиться в 15-30 мінутах на таксі від квартири, іхати прийшлось церез центр місті, то це додатковий витрачений час в день подорожі, і отримати ключи можна тільки з 14 до 17 (тобто пізніше вже неможна). Коли прийшли в номер, там ще не прибрали, тож зайти і прийняти душ ми не змогли, залишили валізи і пішли гуляти містом. Раковина в ванній кімнаті не зпускала воду, але добре що іх було дві, тоже не приємно, але не критично.

  Gut ausgestattetes Apartment, perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit einer größeren Gruppe (wir waren 12 Personen). Die Lage ist wirklich top – keine 100m von der Karlsbrücke entfernt. Im Apartment gibt es 2 große Doppelbetten, der Rest sind Etagenbetten – aufgeteilt auf 3 Schlafzimmer. Es gibt 2 größere Bäder und ein separates WC. Gute Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten im großen Küch-/Essbereich (Küche gut ausgestattet, Geschirrspülmaschine vorhanden). Check-in/Check-out total unkompliziert
  
  What could be improved: Durch die sehr zentrale Lage dauerhafte Beschallung durch Straßenlärm (Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor dem Apartment) – dem muss man sich aber bewusst sein, wenn man eine so gute Lage möchte 🙂
  Einzelne Etagenbetten haben schon ziemlich gequietscht
