  You get a Perfect guidance for the checkin, and the Place itself is really cool. Can only recommend!

  The flat was perfectly clean and pleasant to stay in. The location is excellent, we appreciated the closeness to metro station.

  The apartment was in a perfect location just by the river and lovely bars/restaurants. It was super clean, warm, very comfy beds and excellent quality linens (with plenty of spare available if you need it). Brilliant place to flop after a day exploring. I really liked dealing with the team via booking.com messenger too, it’s much simpler than Airbnb so I’d use this again over that platform. All in all I would definitely recommend it. An Uber airport was easy and going the apartment immediately too. Try the LGBT bar across the road it was super cool and the little bar on the corner. A local also told us that one of the best cafes in the city for coffee and breakfast is also around the corner but we didn’t use it. Ten out of ten and I would certainly use booking.com again for an apartment rental.
  
  What could be improved: Location, beds, linens, showers (with plush gel! I tried to find some to buy it smelt like Pears which is found in the UK!). They even had Earl Grey teabags!

  Es un apartamento muy amplio y luminoso. Todo estaba en muy buen estado y muy limpio. Además estábamos muy cerca del centro.

  Appartement très beau, 2 chambres très joliment décorées avec chacune sa salle de bain.
  Il ne manque rien dans l'appartement, il y a tout le nécessaire comme si on était à la maison.
  L'appartement est situé dans une rue calme et est à 15 minutes du pont Charles et de la place de la vielle ville. Top.

  Abbiamo scelto e trovato questo appartamento molto piú bello che in foto, funzionale e spazioso, caldo, pulito e con un giusto rapporto qualitá prezzo. Molto centrale e vicinissimo alle molteplici bellezze della magnifica Praga. Nulla da dire sulla struttura e sulla rispondenza della descrizione rilasciata, le note stonate riguardano invece il gestore, la cui empatia é pari alle temperature di Praga, sotto zero.
  Premesso che é solo per mia colpa e incapacitá tecnologica l'essere rimasto a Praga senza internet, whatsapp GPS e traduttore, sono riuscito a chiedere/scrivere al gestore (chiedendo di poter usufruire del wi-fi di un locale pubblico), che non riuscivo ad individuare la postazione dove erano posizionate le chiavi che, come ci si dovrebbe aspettare, avrebbero dovuto essere posizionate nello stesso indirizzo dell'appartamento.
  Ho chiesto ripetutamente, anche disposto a pagare il servizio e lo scomodo, che qualcuno ci avesse portato le chiavi per entrare.
  Nessuna risposta in questo senso, nessun servizio, nessuna accoglienza.
  Dopo 2 ore dal nostro arrivo, al freddo e con le valigie in strada, siamo riusciti a farci accompagnare ad un'altro indirizzo e recuperare le chiavi, ma non certo per la disponibilitá del gestore della struttura, negato per l'accoglienza.
  Ultima nota negativa, la successiva richiesta di poter lasciare l'appartamento invece che alle 10.00 alle 12.00, ovvero 2 ore dopo del check-out previsto con un piccolo sovrapprezzo …80 euro!!!
  Per 5 giorni di permanenza abbiamo speso 320 euro, per due ore in piú rispetto all'orario previsto 80 euro.
  Chi siamo, come ci percepiscono, come turisti o come mucche da "mungere"!??
