The space itself feels more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed Prague flat than a hotel room.   Ideálna lokalita – v pešej dostupnosti mnohé turisticky zaujímavé miesta, mestská doprava len niekoľko desiatok metrov od ubytovania. Supermarket hneď za rohom, cca 5 minút pešo veľké nákupné centrum, aj metro. Apartmán čistý, priestranný, vybavený všetkým potrebným, postele pohodlné. Nemáme čo vytknúť.

  The location of the apartment as well as the WiFi speed was good.
  
  What could be improved: If you’re considering this place, I strongly recommend reading this first.
  I really wanted to like this place. The photos looked nice, the price seemed fair, but after my first night, I realized I made a mistake.
  
  1. Not as advertised – The apartment is noticeably different from the pictures. Small details at first, but enough to feel like I wasn’t getting what I paid for
  
  2. Hygiene issues – The sheets didn’t feel fresh, and the sofa seemed… well, used. Bed sheets were torn and there was dust on the floor (€30 was pain in cleaning fees). I ignored it at first, but then—
  
  3. Insect bites – Sitting on the couch, I started itching. After that I had visible bites. I wanted to believe it was a mosquito, but the windows were closed, and it was freezing outside. Later on, I saw an insect on the sofa. That’s when I knew I couldn’t stay
  
  4. Unhelpful host – I asked to leave early and get a refund. The host refused, saying his "boss" was on vacation. Refused to give me any information, and left me with no help
  
  I had to leave earlier than planned, but if I could go back, I would have booked somewhere else. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel responsible for sharing this so others can make an informed choice.
  
  *Note: upon arrival the host made me pay directly to him, instead of making the payment via booking.com, which means that Service support couldn't help me with anything.
  Shouldn't've agreed to that, always pay on the platform.

  bardzo korzystna lokalizacja dla osób zdecydowanych na piesze zwiedzanie Pragi- możliwość dotarcia do najpopularniejszych miejsc bez używania samochodu i środków transportu publicznego choć te drugie są również łatwo dostępne.
