Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about this place? The name actually delivers – it really is cozy and genuinely quiet, which honestly surprised me given that it’s right in Prague’s city center on Příčná street. I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from Wenceslas Square, but somehow the apartment sits tucked away enough that street noise isn’t really an issue. The A/C was a godsend during my July stay (Prague summers can be brutal, and most older buildings here don’t have it), and it worked perfectly without being one of those rattling window units that keeps you up all night.
The apartment itself has this lived-in charm that feels authentic – not like those sterile Airbnbs that look like IKEA showrooms. The furnishings are simple but comfortable, and there’s actually enough space to spread out your stuff without tripping over suitcases. What I really appreciated were the little thoughtful touches: proper blackout curtains (essential if you’re jet-lagged), a well-stocked kitchen with decent coffee, and – this might sound weird – but the shower has actual water pressure, which you can’t always count on in Prague’s older neighborhoods. The Wi-Fi was solid too, which mattered since I was working remotely for part of my trip.
Location-wise, you’re in this sweet spot where you can walk to all the main tourist stuff but you’re not surrounded by those awful souvenir shops and overpriced tourist traps. There’s a great little grocery store called Tesco Express about two blocks away, and honestly, some of the best traditional Czech pubs are within walking distance – I stumbled upon this tiny place called U Fleků that locals actually frequent. The metro connection is pretty convenient too; Muzeum station is maybe a seven-minute walk, so getting to Prague Castle or the Jewish Quarter is straightforward. Parking can be tricky if you’re driving (most of central Prague is), but the host was helpful about pointing out the nearest paid parking areas. Check-in was smooth – no standing around waiting for someone to show up, which has definitely happened to me at other places in the city. For the price point and that 8.7 rating, it makes sense why this place books up quickly during peak season.
Prague hotels range from charming boutique properties in the historic Old Town Square to elegant castle-view hotels and modern accommodations near Wenceslas Square.

Very comfortable and clean. Nice decor. Good location.
What could be improved: Stairs were a bit difficult with luggage. A coffee maker would have been nice.THe apartment is very nice and if I will find it again for acceptable price, I will book it again. – Ivan from Slovakia – 20 February 2025 (10/10)
Beautiful apartment with ecerything you might need for your stay. It exceeded my expectations. Clear check-in instructions. Guidebook to all facilities on the table and in close proximity of the apartment.
What could be improved: In the room where I stayed, I would appreciate better curtains on the window, but the place was so nice that it was just minor disruption of my stay.Lovely stay, very private location, clean apartment with super comfy bed. – Michelle from United Kingdom – 14 February 2025 (10/10)
Lovely building, nice and private apartment that’s tucked away in the corner. Easy to find and in a fairly central location. The bed was the comfiest bed ever!! I absolutely loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Bottle of Prosecco and crisps was a lovely treat after a long day of travelling. Everything you needed in the kitchen to be able to make food and great selection of teas.
What could be improved: Nothing.Exceptional – Gabriela from Slovakia – 20 December 2024 (10/10)

Perfect city centre Prague break – Sharon from United Kingdom – 14 July 2024 (10/10)
Beautiful apartment with everything that was needed for the perfect stay. Great location just a short walk from everything. Apartment was spotlessly clean and the a/c was a plus. Great host great communication.
Very good – Geraldine from Australia – 11 June 2024 (8/10)
Nice little apartment with good facilities. Good location for exploring the city.
What could be improved: Nothing negative but be aware you may have to carry your cases upstairsLovely stay in Prague – Denise from Canada – 5 June 2024 (8/10)
The apartment is beautifully furnished and very clean. It is located in New Town and is very close to Old Town (easy to walk). Lena was very response before and during my stay. The wine and chips are a very nice touch especially after a travel day. As always, I brought an eye mask so the brightness from the skylight didn’t bother me. Tip- exchange money using an actual bank atm, the ones at the airport and the generic ones that are everywhere charge a hefty fee.
What could be improved: As others have mentioned, there is occasionally a bad smell coming from the shower. This is not a cleaning matter (the place was very clean), but likely a plumbing issue and therefore I did not mention it to the owner (not a quick thing to fix).Exceptional – Jan from Czech Republic – 13 May 2024 (10/10)
Perfect communication towards arrival (where to find an apartment, keys), apartment was clean, very well furnished. We had awesome stay here!
Exceptional – Gary from Ireland – 10 April 2024 (10/10)
Fantastic location, in walking distance to everything. The apartment itself is a hidden gem. It has everything you need and the host was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend
