Cozy quiet new apartment in Karlin square Overview
First Impressions
The Cozy quiet new apartment in Karlin square sits right in one of Prague’s most underrated neighborhoods, and honestly, I think that’s part of its charm. Karlín has this perfect balance — it feels residential and authentic, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. The apartment itself lives up to its name; when I stepped inside, the first thing I noticed was how genuinely peaceful it felt, which is saying something for a city center location.
The Karlín Advantage
You know what I love about staying in Karlín? It’s where actual Praguers live and work, not just where tourists pass through. The square itself has this lovely, lived-in feel with local cafes and that morning energy of people heading to work. I mean, you’re literally a short tram ride from Old Town Square, but you get to experience Prague like someone who actually lives here. The location score of 9.6 makes total sense — couples especially seem to get it, probably because there’s something romantic about discovering a neighborhood that feels like your own little secret.
The Space Itself
This four-star place really delivers on the “new” part of its name. Everything feels fresh and thoughtfully designed, from the clean lines to the way natural light fills the space. The room setup works perfectly whether you’re here for business or leisure — there’s enough space to spread out, but it still feels cozy rather than sterile. I actually found myself spending more time in the apartment than I usually would, which says something about how comfortable it is.
Practical Perks
The kitchen situation is honestly one of the best parts if you’re staying more than a night or two. It’s fully equipped, so you can grab fresh ingredients from the local markets (there’s a great one just a few blocks away) and actually cook something decent. The whole setup feels more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in a typical hotel. Plus, having your own space means you can come and go as you please without dealing with hotel lobby schedules or feeling like you need to be “on” all the time.
Why Guests Love It
That 9.2 rating really reflects what I experienced — it’s the kind of place that exceeds expectations without trying too hard. The quiet aspect is real; even though you’re in the city, the apartment manages to feel like a retreat. I think what sets it apart is how it combines the independence of having your own space with the reliability of professional hospitality. You get the best of both worlds: the freedom to explore Prague at your own pace, and a genuinely comfortable base that feels more like home than just another place to sleep. For couples especially, there’s something special about having your own little corner of Prague to return to each evening.

We could highly recommend staying in cozy apartment in Karlin square. The room was very pretty and comfortable. It had all the necessities, maybe I would add kitchen towels, shower gel and tea/coffee capsules (especially since there was coffee machine for capsules, but no coffee capsules).
Exceptional – Henry from Malaysia – 21 November 2024 (10/10)
Amazing comfort and everything works. Great location in Karlin. Near to very good restaurants, late night Asian convenience stores and near to bus stop going directly to Old Town.
Value for money.

Very clean, spacious room. Well furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, incl. the coffee machine (few coffee pods would be nice to find though, but that's not a complaint) 🙂
What could be improved: NothingVery good – Vania from Bulgaria – 29 June 2024 (8/10)
Good location near the central bus station, clear room, easy communication
Ideal! – Attila from Hungary – 21 April 2024 (10/10)
Great location, great accomodation.
Calm, cozy & comfortable with great public transport connections – Marlene from Austria – 10 February 2024 (10/10)
It was very clean, easily reachable from the main train station & well connected to other parts of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the other interior was quite practical to use and have. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy, calm stay in Prague.
What could be improved: There was quite brightly colored lights on the microwave & on the landline in the hallway, so that was a little tricky, but it was easily fixable and nothing that sways our opinion on the stay.
