  Great Appartement in central location, with beautiful roof top terrasse and comfortable beds.

  The apartment looks just like in the pictures, it’s quite big and the common areas are very comfortable for a big group of people. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is great
  
  What could be improved: The apparent hasn’t been well kept, you can see paint chipping and humidity stains on certain walls and ceiling. It was raining when we stayed there and the water was leaking through the windows. Two of the bedrooms are sort of little attics and they are quite the uncomfortable if the people sleeping in them are adults, however you can see that in the pictures so I won’t complain about that, however, they do not have doors and you can hear absolutely everything that happens in the living room and in the kitchen, so if the group is not gonna all go to sleep and wake up at the same time, the people sleeping there will be having a hard time.
  Additionally and most importantly, the attention was absolutely awful. We did not have WiFi the first day and we were working from there so that’s a problem, however they did fixed that the following day, it was the only time they actually answered us. After that we tried to get in touch with them to know where to throw away the trash (there were no instructions anywhere) or to let them know the downstairs door wasn’t working and they completely ignored us. You can see they were reading the messages in WhatsApp and simply not responding and they also didn’t pick up our calls.
  
  They details on the apartment I could ignore, but not the attention, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

  Výborná poloha ubytovania. Všetky inštrukcie k ubytovaniu boli postačujúce. Menšie nedostatky sme vyriešili počas pobytu. Ubytovanie by som zaradila do strednej kategórie.

  What could be improved: 4rt pis sense ascensor, no avisen. Wifi no és el que diuen. Clau de la capsa candau incorrecta. Sostres baixos, 2 habitacions ajupits. Esglaons dintre casa perillosos, vam patir una caiguda derivada en hospital i 9 punts. Frigorífic no funciona, van posar un mini per 6 persones (apartament per 10?) ridícul. Se’n va anar la llum divendres i fins dissabte migdia no estava arreglada i vam perdre el sopar comprat i un dia de visitar la ciutat. Llums s’apaguen i encenen soles.
