  Śniadań nie było w ofercie, natomiast lokalizacja jest bardzo korzystna. Do przystanków autobusowego i tramwajowego 5 minut wolnym krokiem, jeden przystanek do Dworca Głównego. Blisko wieży telewizyjnej na Żiżkowie, a dla chętnych możliwość wspięcia się na Vitkov
  
  What could be improved: Wyposażenie apartamentu było bardzo podstawowe, Brakowało zapasowych worków na śmieci i nie było możliwości ich segregacji. Brakowało podstawowych przypraw np. pieprzu, był tylko jeden duży garnek, brakowało małego.
