Located on Táboritská street in the Karlín district, it sits in this quirky spot that’s not touristy at all, which I actually loved. You’re about a 15-minute tram ride from Old Town Square, but here’s the thing – you feel like you’re staying where real Prague happens, not in some sanitized tourist bubble.

The building itself has this sort of retro-modern vibe going on, kind of brutalist but softened with newer renovations that actually work together. Walking in, there’s this spacious lobby that doesn’t try too hard to be fancy, just clean and comfortable. The wellness center is honestly the star here – I wasn’t expecting much, but they’ve got a proper spa setup with saunas, pools, and treatment rooms that feel genuinely relaxing, not like an afterthought. The rooms are solid 4-star territory, nothing that’ll blow your mind but everything works, the beds are actually comfortable (you know how hit-or-miss hotel beds can be), and the bathrooms are modern enough. I stayed on the fifth floor and could hear the trams occasionally, but it wasn’t disruptive – more like gentle city white noise.

Here’s what I really appreciated: the staff knows their stuff without being overly formal, parking is available right there (huge plus if you’re driving in Prague), and breakfast was way better than expected – proper Czech pastries alongside the usual hotel spread. The neighborhood around Karlín has been gentrifying over the past decade, so you’ve got some great local restaurants within walking distance, plus it’s super easy to hop on the metro at Křižíkova station. Look, this isn’t going to be your Instagram-perfect boutique hotel experience, and the 7.7 rating feels about right – it’s not luxury, but it’s honest, well-run, and gives you something most Prague hotels don’t: a chance to stay somewhere that feels connected to the actual city rather than floating above it in tourist land.

  Everything was great about my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly checking in and out, and the breakfast was delicious in the morning.

  I needed just to come late after a concert and leave in the early morning for a train. This I got for an excellent price. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, nothing to complain about. Excellent location right at a tram stop.

  Tram stop right outside. Simple clean room. Kettle, tea coffee in the room. Shame about the matrace. ( kind of like matrace which was used as a floor protection in PE classes in 80's.) What is that about?😁😁. But slept well..
  Not hot water in the morning, then rusty colour water come out of the shower. For money ive pain yes would stay again. Slept well and hotel in a great location.
