When I first walked into Comfort flat with great location, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from what looked like a pretty standard building from the outside. But you know what? Sometimes the best places surprise you. This three-star property sits right on Kurta Konráda street, and I quickly realized why couples keep raving about it — there’s something genuinely cozy about the whole setup that just works for romantic getaways.

The Location Sweet Spot

Here’s the thing about staying in Prague — location really is everything, and this place nailed it. You’re close enough to the action that you can walk to most of the major sights, but far enough from the tourist chaos that you actually get some peace at night. I mean, I could grab coffee in the morning and be at Prague Castle within a reasonable walk, or hop on public transport and be in Old Town Square in no time. The neighborhood has that authentic Prague feel — you’ll see locals going about their daily business, which honestly makes the whole experience feel more real.

The Apartment Experience

The apartment itself is exactly what you’d expect from the name — comfortable and practical. My room was clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a few days in the city. The kitchen was actually pretty useful — not huge, but functional enough that I could make breakfast or store some snacks from the local markets. I appreciated having that flexibility, especially since eating out for every meal in Prague can add up quickly.

What Makes It Work

Look, this isn’t going to blow your mind with fancy amenities or over-the-top service, but that’s sort of the point. It’s straightforward accommodation that does the basics really well. The staff was helpful when I needed them, the place was spotless, and everything worked as it should. I found parking nearby without too much hassle, which anyone who’s driven in Prague will tell you is no small feat. The whole vibe is just… relaxed, I guess? You’re not dealing with the formality of a big hotel, but you’re not roughing it either.

Why Guests Love It

That 9.5 rating isn’t an accident — this place delivers on its promise without any pretense. Couples especially seem to get it, probably because there’s something nice about having your own space in a city like Prague rather than just a hotel room. You can spread out a bit, plan your days over coffee in your own kitchen, and come back to somewhere that feels more like a temporary home than just a place to sleep. It’s the kind of spot where you focus on exploring the incredible city outside rather than being wowed by where you’re staying — and honestly, in Prague, that’s exactly the right approach.

  Lovely apartment, had everything you need. Location ideal for trams and there was loads of shops and bars within walking distance.
  There was only one thing missing and it was a lamp. Natalia was a lovely host, and allowed me to have a later check out.

  Cozy comfortable apartment. The apartment is fully equipped. There is a mall nearby where I could buy everything I needed.
  
  What could be improved: There was a smell of fish or something in the apartment. I opened the window and turned on the ventilation for a few hours but it didn't help. The aromatic candle that was in the apartment helped a little.

  The accommodation is only about 5 or 6 minutes from the Ceskomoravska metro station (Metro B) away, the o2 Arena and a shopping center with a huge supermarket (Albert) and typical shops such as DM, Rossmann, H&M and many others.
  
  The building looks brand new and has a modern style, a concierge and 4 lifts.
  
  The accommodation is on the 4th floor and the house and the hallway are very bright, clean, friendly – really nice!
  
  Check-in is very easy once you have read the instructions…
  
  The accommodation itself offers a relatively large entrance area, a medium bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, bathroom sink and even a washing machine.
  
  There are also a bigger fridge, a hoover, a hairdryer and great bathroom light to prepare yourself in front of the mirror 🙂
  
  The room offers a kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, accessories, also some basics), a table, a counter where you can eat, as well as the typically minimalist furnishings from IKEA, which can be found almost everywhere, like the Brimnes commode with drawers, a cupboard, TV bench, fold-out sofa and an artificial plant.
  
  I liked that I could close the blackout curtains – so it was pitch dark.
  
  The bed linen was also clean, as were the towels (I'm very picky about these things!).
  
  Conclusion: I would give it 9,5 out of 10 – it was a great overall package!
  
  Thank you (especially for the Raffaello surprise!) soooo much!
  
  What could be improved: I would like to list also "less positive things": other guests mentioned that there is no TV.
  
  In my opinion there really should be a TV (a TV bench is already there).
  
  A cheap model, even from a no-name brand, would be ok. It doesn't have to be a device that can do everything from A to Z, but it was very quiet in this apartment and when there's – for example – a thunderstorm outside, it's a bit boring (cemetery mood) inside.
  
  And: a small lamp would be nice, otherwise there would only be strong ceiling lighting.
  
  And one last point: check-out time 10:00 is "very 1980s", typical for "Eastern European cities", but no longer up to date.
  
  12:00 would be ideal, 11:00 a compromise.
  
  But hey – its all together a great package!

  Property was very clean and comfortable. The size is perfect for solo traveller or for couple. Location is a little bit far from center but metro station is in 7 minute walk and i was able to be in Center in 20 minutes. Also mall is near the house with the big grocery store which is very convenient too. Property has everything that one needs for making food. Thanks to the owners for the perfect flat!
