The accommodation is only about 5 or 6 minutes from the Ceskomoravska metro station (Metro B) away, the o2 Arena and a shopping center with a huge supermarket (Albert) and typical shops such as DM, Rossmann, H&M and many others.
The building looks brand new and has a modern style, a concierge and 4 lifts.
The accommodation is on the 4th floor and the house and the hallway are very bright, clean, friendly – really nice!
Check-in is very easy once you have read the instructions…
The accommodation itself offers a relatively large entrance area, a medium bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, bathroom sink and even a washing machine.
There are also a bigger fridge, a hoover, a hairdryer and great bathroom light to prepare yourself in front of the mirror 🙂
The room offers a kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, accessories, also some basics), a table, a counter where you can eat, as well as the typically minimalist furnishings from IKEA, which can be found almost everywhere, like the Brimnes commode with drawers, a cupboard, TV bench, fold-out sofa and an artificial plant.
I liked that I could close the blackout curtains – so it was pitch dark.
The bed linen was also clean, as were the towels (I'm very picky about these things!).
Conclusion: I would give it 9,5 out of 10 – it was a great overall package!

What could be improved: I would like to list also "less positive things": other guests mentioned that there is no TV.
In my opinion there really should be a TV (a TV bench is already there).
A cheap model, even from a no-name brand, would be ok. It doesn't have to be a device that can do everything from A to Z, but it was very quiet in this apartment and when there's – for example – a thunderstorm outside, it's a bit boring (cemetery mood) inside.
And: a small lamp would be nice, otherwise there would only be strong ceiling lighting.
And one last point: check-out time 10:00 is "very 1980s", typical for "Eastern European cities", but no longer up to date.
12:00 would be ideal, 11:00 a compromise.

Lovely apartment, had everything you need. Location ideal for trams and there was loads of shops and bars within walking distance.

Cozy comfortable apartment. The apartment is fully equipped. There is a mall nearby where I could buy everything I needed.

Property was very clean and comfortable. The size is perfect for solo traveller or for couple. Location is a little bit far from center but metro station is in 7 minute walk and i was able to be in Center in 20 minutes. Also mall is near the house with the big grocery store which is very convenient too. Property has everything that one needs for making food. Thanks to the owners for the perfect flat!
