  I like everything inside the apartment.Excellent.

  The apartment was lovely and cosy, with an excellent heating system.The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything that was required for a few days.The beds were super kingsize and very comfortable.The bedding was very good.There was always plenty of hot water.
  The apartment was situated very near to Wenceslas Square.It was easy to get around Prague once we had got a map from the tourist information.The hosts were excellent and kept in touch with us, prior to our arrival.Always answered questions in a timely manner.
  
  What could be improved: We didn’t like the bed in the same room as the dining table and chairs.There wasn’t very much room.We thought a sofa bed would have been much better, there would have been somewhere to sit in comfort rather than the dining chairs.
  Few little bits need a bit of TLC, a bit of paint on the walls where people have not been careful.The front door handle needs fixing but we managed with it.The toilet system flush cover needs replacing as it was difficult at times to stop the cistern running.

  Lovely flat with high ceilings and big windows in a great location you can access public transport easily and close to mini markets bars and restaurants. Really nicely decorated and clean.
  
  What could be improved: There was a small kitchen but nowhere to eat other than a table in one of the bedrooms. Felt a bit weird eating in a bedroom!

  It was very clean. The neighborhood felt quite safe and we had no issues. All the checkin and checkout info was communicated properly. I was a bit worried because we were arriving in the city at 11pm but we got our keys with no issues.

  I've never seen this before that you have to check how many beds will be prepared for you on their website, so if you don't tell upfront that you will use all the beds they will only prepare the minimum amount of beds. Our toilet paper ran out, so they could have given a bit more. Usually there is basic ingredients in the kitchen like oil, pepper and stuff what otherwise you need buy more than you need. In the kitchen there were no cutting boards. The first couple of minutes in the shower the water was cold not freezing, but not pleasant either. The big shower head was not properly cleaned. The table with seats are making that room crowded, we have to move stuff if someone wanted to use the balcony or someone just wanted to go out from the room
  
  Apart from these the location was really nice, and the kitchen was well equipped so we were able to cook some basic stuff for breakfast. The dishwasher was a big help. Beds were nice, and the windows were big, so in the morning the sun were able to come in after you removed the blinds.

  Great location with everything we needed for our stay including three bedrooms.
  
  What could be improved: They are maintained apartments, but for some reason a light hanging off the wall was missed when cleaned and four pots of paint left on balcony…seemed quite obvious when there. Also for those travelling from the UK the 2nd floor isn't the same in Prague which led to some confusion and attempts to enter someone else's apartment all because we didn't use the lift on our first visit to the property. We entered and climbed two sets ot stairs, which equals 2nd floor…no it isn't apparently. Which is odd there is no mention of this given the effort to explain how to use Czech locks.
