The apartments themselves have this lived-in quality that I really appreciated – think clean, modern spaces that don’t feel like sterile hotel rooms. You’ve got the riverside paths along the Vltava if you’re into morning runs or evening walks, plus you’re close enough to cross over to Kampa Island without dealing with the Old Town crowds. The grocery situation is solid too – that Billa I mentioned, plus a few smaller shops for basics. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re driving (street parking requires those blue zone tickets), but honestly, you won’t need a car from this spot. The value here is really impressive for what you get – proper space to spread out, a kitchen that works, and you’re staying in a neighborhood where actual Czechs live and work, not just a tourist bubble.
