I was very pleased with the location of the property, being very close to a shopping centre and the tourist old town.
The property was clean, although I would recommend more attention to detail, but it was not dirty. I am pleased with the cleanliness.

Great location.
What could be improved: The communication was very poor. However, when I went to the main office and requested a new pan for cooking because the one on the property was not in usable condition, they replaced it immediately.

The apartment was very clean. We had all technical appliances we needed. The location of the apartment building was very convenient.
What could be improved: The couch in the living room wasn’t comfortable for sleeping at all. It made loud sounds while I changed sleeping position.
Very loud neighbours.
The elevator in the building didn’t work properly, we had to use stairs, which were very dark, we could hardly see the steps and unfortunately because of this fact, my mother, who was also a guest in this apartment, fell down the stairs and broke her finger. So biggest advice is to make a proper lighting in the stairs area.
