Honestly, when I first walked up to this place on Za Poříčskou bránou, I wasn’t expecting much – the street name alone is a mouthful, and it’s tucked away in this quiet corner that most tourists never find. But that’s actually what makes it brilliant. You’re literally a five-minute walk from Náměstí Republiky and all the chaos of Wenceslas Square, but the moment you step inside, it’s like someone hit the mute button on Prague.

The apartment itself feels like someone’s stylish friend let you crash at their place – you know, the friend who actually has their life together and owns matching furniture. The 4-star rating isn’t just hotel marketing nonsense here; they’ve genuinely thought about the details that matter. The kitchen actually has sharp knives (miracle!), the shower has proper water pressure, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. I mean, after bouncing between cramped Old Town hotels where you can hear every footstep from the cobblestones below, the peace here is honestly refreshing. The windows are thick enough that you won’t wake up to tram bells at 6 AM – though if you’re a light sleeper, you might catch the occasional late-night chatter from people walking home from the bars near Florenc, but it’s more like gentle background noise than anything disruptive.

What really sold me on this spot was stumbling across that little Vietnamese pho place just around the corner on Hybernská – locals line up there during lunch, which you know is always a good sign. And here’s something nobody tells you about this area: there’s actually decent parking nearby if you’re brave enough to drive in Prague, plus the Florenc metro station is close enough that you can reach the castle or Charles Bridge without dealing with the tourist-packed trams in the city center. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here a few nights – it’s not trying to be the flashiest place in Prague, but everything just works the way it should. The check-in was smooth, the WiFi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and the bed is actually comfortable enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you wrestled with Prague’s cobblestones all night. If you want to feel like you’re living in Prague instead of just passing through it, this is the kind of place that gets it right.

  The property is clean and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The host has changed the password but didn’t tell us and we text the message to host, we are waiting so a long time. I don’t get this point if you changed the password you should tell us know!!!

  There was a lot of space, high ceilings, big room, nice modern bathroom with a washing machine and kitchen. I love the green colour chairs and curtains, big mirrors. Netflix was a nice addition too 🙂
  
  What could be improved: It was too noisy for me, it was hot weather when I was there and it was hard to sleep with windows open because of the noise from the pub nearby or people walking around and some early morning cars or trucks driving by. The mattress wasn't great too, I had a sore back

  Під час перебування з друзями (компанія із 6 людей) в цих апартаментах, ми не виявили жодних проблем чи труднощів. В квартирі є все, саме так як зазначено в описі до неї. В 4 хвилинах від апартаментів автовокзал, в 2 хвилинах супермаркет BILLA, в 15 хвилинах центр. Ліжка зручні, ванна кімната велика, на кухні все працює.
  Якщо ми колись захочете повернутися в Прагу, то обов'язково візьмемо цю саму квартиру.
  
  What could be improved: Рушники у ванній кімнаті білого кольору і не дуже великі. Хотілося б щоб вони були більші.

  La ubicación, cerca de la estación de autobuses y a una distancia prudente del "centro". Casa super espaciosa y limpia. Muy bien equipada para poder desayunar/comer/cenar.

  Super poloha, hezké vybavení apartmánu, bylo tam vše, co jsme potřebovali. Navíc všechno hezky nově zařízené, takže to bylo skoro jako v hotelu.
