Císařka Apartments Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Císařka Apartments on Pod Císařkou street, you immediately get that “this feels right” vibe. It’s one of those three-star places that doesn’t try to be something it’s not — just solid, comfortable apartments in a genuinely great spot in Prague. The building has character without being pretentious, and honestly, the fact that there’s parking right here is already a win before you even check in.
The Neighborhood Advantage
Here’s what I love about this location — you’re close enough to everything that matters, but you’re not stuck in the tourist chaos of Old Town. The area around Pod Císařkou has that authentic Prague feel where you’ll see locals going about their day, not just groups with selfie sticks. You can actually walk to the major sights without your feet screaming at you by evening, and there are some really good local spots nearby that most visitors never discover. The couples who stay here seem to get it — they rated the location 8.0, which makes total sense when you experience it yourself.
The Apartment Experience
Each apartment feels like someone actually thought about how people live, not just where they sleep for a night. The layouts make sense — you’ve got proper space to spread out your stuff, and the kitchen setup means you can grab groceries from the local market and make breakfast without hunting for overpriced hotel coffee. The furnishings are clean and functional, nothing fancy but everything works. I mean, when you’re exploring Prague all day, you just want a comfortable place to recharge, and these apartments deliver exactly that.
Practical Perks That Matter
Let’s talk about the parking situation for a second — finding free parking in Prague is like finding a unicorn, so this is actually huge. You can drive in, park your car, and forget about it while you explore the city on foot or by tram. The recent guest rating of 8.2 for location isn’t just numbers on a screen; it reflects how well-positioned you are here. You’re connected to public transport, walking distance to key areas, but tucked away enough that you get some peace when you want it.
Why Guests Love It
What really works about Císařka Apartments is the balance — it’s not trying to wow you with marble lobbies or concierge services, but it nails the fundamentals that matter for a Prague stay. The space feels like yours for however long you’re there, the location genuinely makes your sightseeing easier, and you’re not paying for amenities you won’t use. Couples especially seem to appreciate having their own space and the freedom that comes with an apartment setup rather than a traditional hotel room. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in and actually enjoy Prague rather than just rushing through it.
Hotels in Prague offer guests the perfect blend of Gothic grandeur and modern comfort, with many featuring traditional Czech beer concierge services and medieval architecture to enhance the authentic Central European cultural experience.

Peaceful, quiet and sunny place close to center of Prague. – Goran from Croatia – 8 July 2025 (9/10)
Excellent location, 5min walk to the tram. Very quiet and green all around.
Plenty of daylight. Good apartment overall.
What could be improved: Slightly outdated estate. Lack of a few commodities in the kitchen.Very good – Dyan from Philippines – 30 May 2025 (8/10)
Property is clean and space is huge for four adults. Quiet neighborhood. It is complete with amenities and clear communication with the hosts.
What could be improved: It is in 4th floor without lift. I don’t know if it was written somewhere but I was not aware and I felt bad for my parents to go through the stairs.Very good – Tina from United States – 22 May 2025 (8/10)

The room was fine overall, with a great location and warm during the winter. There is a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient. A big plus is the availability of free parking for the car. We didn’t use the garden, so I can’t comment on that.
What could be improved: As a suggestion, it would be nice to have shower gel provided.Superb – Suryakant from India – 13 September 2024 (9/10)

Really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again – Marie from United States – 25 July 2024 (9/10)
Good quiet location, about 150 ft {45 m} to a bus stop. Parking is right behind the corner. We stayed in an apartment no.2, it is roomy with a lot of windows. The kitchen has a basic equipment, the refrigerator has a BIG! freezer and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. The property has cozy back yard with a grill, garden chairs and swimming pool. Easy contactless check in and out. Just a perfect stay that make you feel almost home.
