  Really nice building and apartment with super parking spots. Kitchen is well equipped, separate wc and bathroom, comfortable beds and balcony. Its great for 3-4 ppl.
  Billa is 5 min walk, city center is 30 min, Zizkov area is 12 min by foot.
  
  What could be improved: AC would be a plus but at least it has a fan.

  We spent our family vacation in Prague and stayed in Central Prague Vítkov. The location was perfect and convenient for exploring the city. The apartment itself was very spacious, providing plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy our time together. One of the highlights was the free parking garage, which was incredibly useful for us as we traveled by car. We were truly satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience in Prague. Can’t wait to return!

  Comfortable, nice kitchen, great location, clean, check in and check out smooth, good wifi, TV with Disney and HBO, good place for kids, bus stop in minutes and nice park close by. Hosts were friendly and helpful. There is a store inside the building selling snacks and beer, supermarket is close by. Kitchen well equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave and even a panini press.
  
  What could be improved: There was a Starbucks cup with water and cigarette butts left out on the balcony. so that made me not want to use it which was a bummer. the oven tray was dirty with old food caked on and we needed to scrub it before use. Salad tongs and a pasta strainer would have been helpful. The place could use some clothes hooks or shelves for storage. A chair and table out on the balcony would have been nice to be able to spend time out there. And an ashtray out there That gets cleaned after smokers check out.

  Everything was amazing: the apartment is located close to the city centre and sightseeings. Is perfectly clean, cozy, comfortable, everything is thought out and costumer-focused.

  Nice Clean two bettrooms ( one with Double bed aproximately 200×180 cm the other room two beds 200×80 cm). Parking place in the Garage.

  Very nice, big, new and clean apartment. Bus station, as well as supermarkets and restaurants, is 1 min away. Free parking in the underground garage. The whole impression of Prague was wonderful.
