    A very cozy apartment. It has everything you need. A wonderful view of the city from the window. The bus stop is right outside the building. A very attentive host, always available.

    All was fine, the view from the windows was exquisite, the apartment was nice and clean, with all necessary equipment and instructions there! Contact with the owner was also very good, we felt really taken care of.

    Very spacious and comfortable apartment.
    Perfect for a couple, family or group of friends.
    Comfortable equipment – kitchen, bathroom, bedroom.
    A quiet and peaceful neighborhood away from the center, but easy access to the center by metro (stop about 1.5 km walk).

    What could be improved: The only small minus is the inability to park the car next to the apartment.
    Need to pay for parking in places allowed for tourists.

    The Aparrment is located conveniently in a scenic place. There is a store and a Kebab takeaway eatery about 10 minutes away. A huge park is walking distance too. The host is responsive and gave detailed instructions on where to get the Apartment key and how to open the gate and doors to the Apt. The interiors are nice, wirh a TV, ref, toaster, coffeemaker, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. and the Apartment is really clean.

    The owner send us long and very good instructions in advance, including how to get to the apartment, what to see and do in Prague, good places to eat, public transportation info etc. We liked the location, it's not right at the heart of Prague, but bus stop is right there when one steps out of the gate to the street. The size of the apartment was good for two adults and two teenagers.

    The location is very good. There is a bus stop next to the apartments and it is easy to get to the old town. the owner of the apartment was very warm and helpful.

    What could be improved: Parking could be problematic, but during the weekend is alright.

    Location, cleanliness and parking facility was excellent.

    What could be improved: Wi-fi was far below minimum requirement. Interenet could not be used at all and it was unacceptable. During the stay the host was sending too many instruction which are basic and not required. Some useful info related to restaurants, traffic and parking are always welcome, but the other staff related to garbage disposal, economic use of heating, use of sleepers, taking care of the apartment and similar are not necessary and are insulting, at least for me.

    Staying at the flat on Vaclavce Street was a largely favorable experience, heightened by its exceptional location. The proximity to the bus stop right below the flat was particularly advantageous, making it a breeze to hop on and quickly transfer to the metro for the city center. This direct connection to the heart of Prague was an undeniable perk. Just a short bus ride away, the street boasts a range of culinary delights. From cozy restaurants and lively pubs to an exquisite bakery, the gastronomic scene left nothing to be desired. Inside, the flat was pristinely clean, with a well-stocked kitchen featuring every necessary utensil and handy appliances. The flat-screen TV was great for leisurely evenings, but the panoramic view of Prague from the living room window was simply mesmerizing. The conveniences and charms of this flat make it a strong contender for anyone considering a trip to Prague.

    good value, this place is one of the best we stayed during our Europe tour. Julliene is supportive and shares info as much as possible.

    What could be improved: location is a bit off the main tourist spots but you can take the city bus or use bolt, uber or other app, using local taxi is not recommended as some taxi drivers will take advantage of tourists who does not know the fare. We were cheated by a cab driver by charging us 1800czk for a typical 130czk bolt ride so beware. With bolt and uber, you will know how much the fare in advanced.
    Areas for improvement: having a duplicate keys is recommended in case the guest mistakenly close the apartment doors while the keys are inside.
