Center of Prague Apartment 369 Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to Center of Prague Apartment 369 on Malá Štěpánská street, you immediately get that “I’m staying in the real Prague” feeling. It’s tucked into one of those classic buildings that makes you feel like a local rather than just another tourist — you know, the kind where you climb to the second floor and actually feel connected to the city’s rhythm. The building itself has character without being stuffy, and honestly, the location alone makes this four-star place worth considering.

The Heart of New Town

What really struck me about this spot is how perfectly positioned it is in Prague’s New Town area. You’re literally a few minutes’ walk from Wenceslas Square, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the constant tourist crowds right outside your door. I mean, couples seem to absolutely love it here — there’s something romantic about being able to stroll to all the major sights while still having your own quiet corner of the city. The neighborhood has that perfect mix of local cafés and historic charm that makes you want to explore every morning.

The Apartment Experience

This isn’t your typical hotel room situation — it’s an actual apartment setup that gives you space to breathe. The kitchen is properly equipped (not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation), which honestly saves you money and lets you grab fresh ingredients from the local markets. Everything feels thoughtfully arranged rather than just functional, and the second-floor location means you get decent natural light without street noise keeping you up at night.

Getting Around and Practical Stuff

Here’s what I really appreciated — you can walk to most of Prague’s main attractions without needing public transport constantly. The Old Town Square is maybe fifteen minutes on foot, Prague Castle is doable, and there are tram stops nearby when your feet need a break. Parking in this area can be tricky (like most of central Prague), but the trade-off is being able to explore the city properly without constantly worrying about getting back to some distant hotel. The building entrance is straightforward enough that you won’t be wandering around with your luggage looking lost.

Why Guests Love It

What sets this place apart is that balance between independence and location that’s actually hard to find in Prague. You get the freedom of having your own space with a proper restaurant scene right at your doorstep — some genuinely good local spots that tourists often miss because they’re staying further out. The fact that it consistently gets high marks for location isn’t just marketing speak; you really do feel like you’ve found that sweet spot where you can experience Prague like someone who actually lives there, rather than just checking sights off a list.

Reviews of Center of Prague Apartment 369

  • Very good – Karen from Germany – 30 June 2025 (8/10)

    Good located

What could be improved: The elevator is too small

  • Superb – Abhijith from Germany – 16 June 2025 (9/10)

Location was the best it was close to most places to visit in old town and public transpotation in praha was also good close to the apartment

What could be improved: Nothing as such everything was better than expected and we were happy

  • Nice apartment , good location – Mark from United Kingdom – 4 June 2025 (8/10)

Clean , with good facilities and good location

What could be improved: Sugar bowl was full of salt which I found out the hard way lol.

  • Good – Arlene from United States – 27 May 2025 (7/10)

Location was convenient to all the main sights, places to eat and transportation.

What could be improved: We stayed in the 3 story bunk bed that was a bit uncomfortable for a grown person. For kids,it's ok but not for a grown adult.

  • Superb – Nazareno from Ecuador – 15 October 2024 (9/10)

The location was great because it allowed us to simply start our walk to the center of Prague without the need of transport. It was nice enough, super clean, and the kitchen had everything for a quick breakfast. It was nothing luxurious, mind you, but if you plan to spend most of your time outside sightseeing, it won't be a problem.

What could be improved: The bathroom closest to the living room needs some repairs. Water kept pouring out.

  • Great location, big apartment, had a lovely stay – Christine from New Zealand – 1 October 2024 (8/10)

    Location, very big apartment

  • Wow – Khan from Germany – 18 July 2024 (9/10)

    Location was great.

What could be improved: There was nothing which i dont like.

  • Superb – Scott from United Kingdom – 28 May 2024 (9/10)

Location was good and it was ideal for us

  • Okay – Ekkehard from Germany – 22 April 2024 (7/10)

It is a quiet area and a normal apartment. There was coffee and tea. And an amazing good restaurant around the corner.

What could be improved: The “bed” in the very small single room is just a folding bed.

  • Would recommed and come again! – Clara from Germany – 20 March 2024 (9/10)

The Location of the flat is fantastic. You can walk from central station and in general it is pretty good located in the center of Prague. You can easily asses trains, there are bars, restaurants, parks and even the hospital isnt far away if you are in need.

What could be improved: Just 2 things. The 6th bed is not a real bed, more kind of a folding plattform with a small matress, not very comfy. And the wind is howling through the windows when you open a window, because of the old windows that arent really closing.
