  Breakfast was pretty good, besides the sweet muffins, they were weird, location was great, close to a metro and a tram, personel was super nice explained everything without me having to ask questions.

  Reception staff were so friendly and accommodating! Very efficient also! Restaurant staff also very friendly as well as housekeeping. Room spotless and bed comfy. I will stay again.
  
  What could be improved: There was only 1 thing about the mini bar. One of the small bottles of wine were already opened on inspection and didn’t smell right so it was wasted. Some minor cracks to the marble tops on bedside table and desk but apart from that, rooms were spotless, good size and beds were comfy. Also great location 😊

  We had a junior suite which was very large. The bed was really comfortable, The room was well cleaned with new towels after 2 days. Breakfast was largely continental cold meats and cheeses and croissants muffins etc but with scrambled and boiled eggs beans and sausages. There was plenty and enough choice for most people. The location was a little out of the centre but once you become accustomed to the tram network its was less than 10 mins from the old town.
  
  What could be improved: Trams run all day and night and could waken a light sleeper (not me)

  The hotel was beatiful with a massive room, very spatious, even with a coffee machine, which they were gratious enough to give us some capsules. Still, there is a complementary coffee at the entrance.
  The staff was very helpful and respectful, and the breakfast had a great variety of foods, which were very tasty.
  Concerning location, it was a bit far from the town center, but if you like walking, it's still a nice walk, and public transportation is still available nearby.
  
  What could be improved: This is a personal preference, but I would like a shower in the bathroom instead of a normal bathtub. This was missing, in my opinion.

  Everything was great! The room was spacious and warm! The staff was very friendly!
  
  What could be improved: In our room the wifi connection wasn’t very good, I guess it’s because we were on the last floor, but everything else was great!

  Have been here several times and would never pick another hotel in Prague. Staff is very friendly and extremely attentive, rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast is great.

  Nice hotel, 2 stations from the Central Station.

  What could be improved: The price for the dog to stay is 18€ per night, I find it too much. Only for the stay, no dog bed or bowl, etc.
  
  Light switches are in the room, but they didn't work, we had to switch on/off every lamp manually.
