The apartment itself lives up to that “bright” promise – they’ve got these massive windows that catch the morning light beautifully, and you know what I loved? The ceilings are high in that classic Prague way, with original details they didn’t try to modernize into oblivion. The kitchen is actually functional (not one of those sad European kitchenettes with a single burner), and there’s enough space to spread out, which matters when you’re staying more than a couple nights. The Wi-Fi is solid – I was working remotely part of the time and never had issues. One small thing though, the building is old-school Prague, so if you’re hauling heavy luggage up to the third floor, well… just pack light or embrace it as your daily workout.

What really sold me on this place is the neighborhood vibe. Nekázanka connects you to everything without putting you in the middle of the tourist chaos. You’ve got that little grocery store on the corner that locals actually use, and there’s this fantastic traditional pub about two blocks down where the beer is half the price of anything near the castle. The tram connections are perfect – honestly, you can get anywhere in the city without much fuss. And here’s something nobody tells you about staying in this area: early mornings are magical. Before 8 AM, these cobblestone streets are basically empty, and you can wander around getting photos without a soul in sight. The rating of 8.7 makes total sense to me – it’s not luxury, but it hits that sweet spot of comfort, location, and value that’s honestly hard to find in Prague these days. For a 3-star place, it punches above its weight, especially if you care more about experiencing the city than lounging in your room.

  What could be improved: We were 5 persons in apartment and it was impossible to take bath for all of us in the same day, after 2-3 persons take a bath the water become cold. You have to wait 8-10 hours to gather hot water in the boiler.

  La ubicacion del apartamento es muy buena, cerca de la estacion central de trenes de praga y cerca del centro, la mayoria del recorrido lo pude hacer caminando y solo use viajes en tranvia.
  
  What could be improved: El cuarto en el que se almacenaban los elementos de aseo tenia un mal olor. Sin embargo si permanece cerrado no se siente en el apartamento.

  El sitio está muy cómodo para pasar algunos días! La cocina está equipada con lo suficiente para poder hacer varias comidas en el apartamento, y el baño tiene un buen tamaño.
  Los dueños nos mandaron un mensaje al llegar para dejarnos información sobre qué hacer, qué comer, etc. y para asegurarse de que todo estaba bien y darnos un contacto para contactar en caso de que necesitáramos o pasara algo. También nos dejaron un mapa de la ciudad que nos fue muy útil!
  
  What could be improved: Hay cama para 5, pero sólo habían 4 sillas, entonces no podíamos sentarnos todas a comer juntas.

  Posizione eccezionale per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse della città a piedi e vicina alla stazione metro di Mustek (snodo di 2 linee). Appartamento confortevole e silenzioso con letti comodissimi. Cucina a disposizione con tutti elettrodomestici (lavatrice in bagno compresa).

  中央駅から近く大変便利でした。室内は、ケトル、コーヒーメーカー、冷蔵庫、洗濯機などの家電製品は全て揃っているので、大変過ごし易く、長期滞在にも向いています。
