    The location is great for visiting the city of Prague. Free parking and easy access to public transport. The apartment is new, clean, and very well equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. The communication with the owner was very efficient.

    The apartment has a very good location close to the city centre. You can enter to the apartment directly from the underground parking. It is nicely decorated and looks quite new. Although we just stayed for three nights, it is well equipped for a longer stay and everything was working well. The video instructions for arrival, departure and the use of the house were super helpful. We travelled as a family with three adults and one toddler. It is our opinion that the apartment is very well-suited for couples, groups of friends or families with older children. It was a nice gesture of the host to leave various different capsules for the coffee maker and it was nice to use them for breakfast.

    What could be improved: The following is not meant as criticism, but as pointers for improvement: A remote control for the underground parking would have been helpful. Exiting the car each time to open the gate and presenting the token is uncomfortable and possibly a bit dangerous. The internet connection was slow. The TV was located not in the main bedroom. If we used the room as a room for our child, it isn't possible to watch TV after he went to bed. A (small) sofa in the main room would have been nice, not to always have to sit around the kitchen table.

    Честно, это был лучший апартамент, который мне доводилось арендовать! Квартира шикарная, очень чисто, просторная!! Нас было 4 человека, места более, чем достаточно! Очень чисто! Есть чай, кофе, кофе, сахар, соль. Вся необходимая техника на кухне, а в ванной даже утюжок для волос) место парковочное в подземном паркинге входит в цену! Если еще доведется быть в Праге, обязательно выберу этот вариант
