Great location, friendly staff, check in was exactly as indicated. Bed was comfortable and entire apartment appeared to have upgrades. we didn't use the kitchen but it looked fully stocked. Directions for check out were very clear and a nice list of suggestions for things to do and places to eat etc. was greatly appreciated.
What could be improved: A dish cloth as well as a couple more bathroom towels would have been greatly appreciated. We had one towel each for 4 days and I have long hair so a 2nd towel would have been nice but we made do!

The apartment was large, spacious and quiet.

Great comms with owner prior to arrival. A bit trickier to communicate on arrival at the property re the key as the person on phone didn't speak very good English. However, we didn't have to wait too long for someone to bring the key. The apartment was clean and spacious, plenty hangers and space for clothes etc. In a great, safe, upmarket location. Easy to walk to all the main sights, lots of restaurants, cafes, small supermarkets etc close by. In an area with great shops.
What could be improved: Apartment was stifling in 30+ heat. No air con, only one inadequate fan in bedroom. Balcony is at back of property, and overlooked rubbish from a restaurant below. Heat in bathroom became unbearable. Drainage in shower not good, and no shelf for shampoo etc, so toiletries ended up floating around! No ironing board as advertised, only a little sleeve board. Great location, beautiful building. Quiet. Fully equipped with all kitchen equipment.
By texting our arrival time we were met by the housekeeper who let us in earlier than normal check in time.
