Bohemian Experience Overview
You know what? I wasn’t expecting much from the name “Bohemian Experience” – honestly, it sounded a bit try-hard – but this place on Sázavská actually delivers on that promise in the best possible way. The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone really thought about every detail here, from the vintage Prague posters lining the entrance to the way they’ve managed to make a 4-star hotel feel more like a well-curated friend’s apartment than a corporate chain property.
The location is genuinely fantastic, and I mean that in a practical sense, not just the usual travel website fluff. You’re in Vinohrady, which locals will tell you is where you want to be – close enough to walk to Wenceslas Square in about 15 minutes, but far enough from the tourist crowds that you can actually breathe. The nearby Náměstí Míru metro station makes getting around incredibly easy, plus there’s this great little Vietnamese restaurant just around the corner on Korunní that serves pho until 2 AM (trust me on this one). What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – Prague’s city center can be pretty rowdy, especially during summer, but this stretch of Sázavská feels properly residential after 10 PM.
The rooms themselves have character without being gimmicky about it. Mine had these wonderful high ceilings and original hardwood floors that creaked just enough to remind you you’re in a historic building, but the WiFi was rock solid and the shower pressure was actually impressive – sometimes it’s the simple things, right? I loved the little touches like local art on the walls and books about Prague history on the nightstand, though I’ll be honest, the air conditioning struggled a bit during that heat wave in July. The staff genuinely seems to care about what they’re doing here, which shows in everything from how smoothly check-in went (even though I arrived stupidly early) to the way they remember your coffee order after day two. That 8.9 rating makes total sense when you experience the place – it’s not trying to be perfect, just really, really good at being itself.
Many travelers prefer to book apartments in Prague through local agencies that offer personalized recommendations and insider knowledge about the best neighborhoods for exploring the city’s rich medieval heritage.

Truly beautiful interior. So peaceful and gorgeous. The location is really perfect, too. It's right behind Namesti Miru so in literally the best place in the city but it's also down a super quiet street so it was very peaceful. The owners were super kind and stylish. The food was high end as well – a truly organic farm to table experience. Bio teas left in the room.
What could be improved: Nothing. I adored it.Elisabeth from Austria – 9 March 2025 (9/10)
Very nice location, clean apartment and amazing breakfast.
What could be improved: A mirror in the corridor would be great ☺️Gerlinde from Germany – 2 March 2025 (9/10)

Great location. Very easy access with door codes instead of key cards. Outstanding breakfast.
What could be improved: A couple of things need fixing but communication with hotel management was easy so I trust it will be fixed for the next guests.Karen from Canada – 31 December 2024 (9/10)
The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room is a fantastic place to start one's day. The manager is a complete delight and offers exceptional service. I was most surprised by the hotel location. It was a very easy 10-15 minute walk to/from both the HLN train station and the Narodni (National) Museum. It was only 30 minutes to Charles Bridge and the main square with clock tower. The hotel is in a lovely neighbourhood that I felt very safe walking around and boasts both good restaurants and pubs. The room kitchen is very well appointed (even a dishwasher!).
What could be improved: I didn't realize that you had to actually exit the front door of the building and go into the next door to get to the breakfast room. I also didn't realize that the tap for the sink is the button by the bathtub.Yan from Macao – 30 December 2024 (9/10)
Very tidy and beautiful apartment. High quality of kitchen sets. The floor heater in the toilet room. The included breakfast was in a nearby restaurant. It was delicious. There was a big supermarket nearby, 5 min walk. And also five minutes walk to the metro entrance.

The breakfast was delicious. The presentation of meals on the plate was esthetically appealing. We enjoyed the location and interior design. Especially we appreciated the availability of kitchen and overall household utensils. It was so relieving to see the elevator availability as we arrived. The cleanliness and heating were also very pleasant. The check-in and check-out were communicated by the staff very well. We truly enjoyed our stay and fell in love with Prague.
What could be improved: Although the breakfast was very delicious, we would have liked to see more options from day to day if possible.Foad from United Kingdom – 16 December 2024 (9/10)
Fantastic apartment. Clean and safe. Really good location minutes from the metro and easy to walk to tourist spots.
What could be improved: Everything was great with the apartment. Cannot fault it.
