  Pekný nový apartmán, veľmi dobre vybavený , trochu menší pre 3 osoby , klimatizácia , veľmi dobrá dostupnosť z neďalekej zastávky do mesta

  Špinavý kávovar, zaneseny od mlieka po predchádzajúcich hosťoch. Museli sme preplachnuť aspoň 40 krát🧐, personál nebol skontrolovať, hoci slubil

  The apartment was perfect and clean.
  
  What could be improved: Customer service nightmare.
  
  Background: They usually send the link for online check-in via WhatsApp. Without that you can't get in, there is no physical front desk.
  
  My fault, there was a wrong phone number on the reservation, so they sent the message but then didn't care if I got it or not.
  I called them several times, texted them via booking.com and my phone (which is ironic because they finally got the right number but yet ..and they got my email too), but they did not respond.
  They only got back to me once via phone call saying in the most helpful way possible, "I sent it!" I don't know if it was a bad day for them, but damn.
  
  I was trying to figure out what the problem was and they didn't help me at all.
  FINALLY they had the moment of realization "Oh yes, we have to support the customer" after the booking.com customer service intervention. It took only 3 hours.
  
  The apartment is perfect but it smelled so bad. Like there is mold.
