Clean, modern, quiet apartment. All expected equipment was working well

Really good location. Very close to tram stop which takes you to oldtown in about 25 minutes. We were visiting Prague for a concert, so it took us about 10 minutes to walk to o2 arena.
What could be improved: The only thing that we did not enjoy – it was difficult to control temperature in the room. Since we visited Prague on cold season, the heating was on. The control was electronic and for some reason it was set on fairly high heating. Ideal location near to Praha-Libeň station, O2 Arena, etc. Modern building, comfortable bed, parking space in the building. Large bath-shower, washing machine-dryer combo, kitchenette, tv and wí-fi.

The apartment was clean and had everything I needed: microwave, stovetop, oven, large refrigerator, kitchen appliances, and washing machine. It also featured a spacious bathroom and a balcony. The garage spot was conveniently close to the elevator.
What could be improved: Don't be misleaded: electro-vehicle charging station is not in the apartment parking. It's a public
charging station outside (we didn't search for it but charged in a City Center).
The problem was ventilation. It was too loud to sleep with the window open because of the proximity to the railway. Only in the morning did we realize there was ventilation equipment. The apartment was located in a newly constructed building and a quite neighbourhood. The connectivity to city center was good, but it took 40 minutes to reach, and we mostly took Uber/Bolt. The owners responded promptly and the key handover was also hassle free.

Nice apartment in a new building. It has everything you need (including a washer-dryer). Very comfortable parking place. There is a large shopping center with restaurants and O2 arena nearby.
