The location on Kozna street puts you literally a two-minute stumble from the Old Town Square, which means you can roll out of bed and be staring up at that famous medieval clock before your morning coffee kicks in. I mean, the tourist crowds are brutal during the day, but if you’re an early riser (or a night owl), you’ll have those cobblestones practically to yourself.

The suite itself feels like someone with actual taste decided to blend old Prague charm with stuff that actually works. The ceilings are high – really high – with these gorgeous exposed beams that make you feel like you’re living in a fairy tale, but then you’ve got modern touches that don’t feel forced or tacky. The bathroom’s surprisingly spacious (honestly, a rarity in this part of the city), and the shower pressure is solid, which I always worry about in these historic buildings. What really got me though was the attention to small details – proper blackout curtains that actually block the streetlights, a coffee setup that’s more than just instant packets, and storage space that makes sense for people traveling with more than a backpack. The kitchen area is compact but thoughtfully laid out, perfect for picking up fresh bread from the bakery around the corner on Celetná.

Here’s the thing about staying right in Old Town – you’re going to hear some street noise, especially on weekends when the beer tours roll through, but it dies down after midnight most nights. The building itself is solid (thank you, 14th-century construction), so you won’t hear your neighbors through the walls. Parking is a nightmare in this area, but honestly, you don’t need a car here anyway – the tram stops at Náměstí Republiky are maybe a seven-minute walk, and you can reach pretty much anywhere in Prague from there. Check-in was smooth, no weird key pickup locations or confusing instructions, just straightforward communication. The 8.6 rating makes sense when you factor in the location premium and the fact that Ruterra clearly knows what they’re doing – this isn’t some amateur Airbnb operation. If you’re the type who wants to be in the thick of things but still have a proper place to retreat to (with enough space to spread out your stuff and actually relax), this spot hits that sweet spot between authentic Prague experience and modern comfort.

  Very good central location , everything is walking distance . Food wise it has everything at your doorstep. Was reasonably priced as well .
  
  What could be improved: There needs to be clear indication where the apartment is – when I arrived there wasn’t even a door number.
  The 2nd bed option which is available has a ladder you have to climb which definitely needs a rail on the side as anybody can fall from it .
  ( just to note it can be noisy outside but if your a heavy sleeper should be fine )

  Liked the location, the size and the fact there was a washing machine. High cieling was also nice and that it's in an old house in old town. David was very nice to deal with as well even tho some cockups.
  
  What could be improved: I booked the room at 1830 in the evening and we didn't get the key as appointed in the office when we arrived 0030 at night.
  We were then offered another much smaller accommodation for same price and when we went there the room already was occupied with 3 sleeping people we walked in on in the middle of the night with David showing us in… Both us and the 3 sleeping guests got shit scared and we left the room immideatly.
  When we finally got the right key to right accommodation from David we arrived in a pitch dark hallway with no light and a very unclean apartment. Slept in our own sleeping bags.
  The next day we had to get up before 0900 for room cleaning to come so we could actually not enjoy the room clean until 1130 the day after we booked it.
  I was very understanding to all mistakes then and there, but things like this should be in order when I payed over 160€ for the room up front. Was actually a horrible way to arrive but at least David was very helpful and did all he possibly could to make us happy.

  What could be improved: 1.Broken toilet door.can't lock it.the door frame was peeling off.the chips were on the floor.The cleaner was rude when we told her the toilet door was broken at the check out time.She told us she knew the toilet door was broken and asked us to leave immediately.

  What could be improved: Barulho vindo da parede todas as manhas, em frente à mezzanine. Provavelmente derivado de tubagens ou maquinas de aquecimento antigas.
  Só nos foi providenciado um rolo de papel higienico.

  Fuimos en familia y disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en este departamento. Está muy bien equipado, la calefacción funciona muy bien y las camas son cómodas. El baño es grande y la ducha con buena presión y agua caliente. Lo mejor de todo es que está a unos pasos de todos los lugares turísticos. Recorrimos todo caminando! Recomiendo!
