The beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with Czech history all night, and the bathrooms – well, let’s just say they’ve got that European efficiency thing down without making you feel cramped. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even though you’re still properly connected to the city center.

Here’s what actually matters though: you’re staying in Vinohrady, which is where Prague gets real. Sure, tourists hit the main squares and call it a day, but this neighborhood? This is where locals grab coffee and argue about football. There’s this little park nearby where people walk their dogs in the morning, and honestly, watching that routine while having breakfast felt more authentically Prague than any of the guidebook stuff. The hotel’s garden area (there’s that “Garden” part of the name) is pretty nice when weather cooperates – nothing fancy, but a decent spot to decompress after walking cobblestones all day. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this area, though the hotel sorts that out if you ask ahead. I’d probably book this place again, especially since that 8.8 rating isn’t just inflated marketing nonsense – it’s actually earned through small things done right rather than flashy amenities that break down after six months.

  Alex is a perfect host! Very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. The flat is perfect and the prices are very reasonable. Clean, comfortable, right next to a supermarket and restaurant. Just four tram stops from the centre. Ideal!
  
  What could be improved: The security who man the reception desk at night only speak Czech and were a little unhelpful when some Chinese tourists wanted their help, but everything was resolved in the end.

  The apartment was large, you could get the heat up as much as you wanted, the bathroom was spacious and it had everything. getting to the center from there was easy. Tram stop in front of the building. We had a parking lot in the underground garage and a keycard, so you can go in and out at your discretion.

  What could be improved: We had issues with the apartment (the power tripped and could not get help immediately so we were delayed for our next destination). There was no detergent and we had to provide our own.

  M., the guy who met us was very helpful and friendly. Cooperated and did his best to resolve any troubles we encountered. In general, an OK location, in spite of seeing the demolishing buildings from the window.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is promoted as two bedroom apartment, whereas in reality the second bedroom is rather improvised and made out of part of the living room. That's not what we expected and imagined, and it was not very convenient for us, as we wanted separate bedrooms. The apartment gets really hot in summer.
  Also we didn't have water in the kitchen upon arrival, which was fixed next day though. Considering an inconvenience of being without water for one night, I'd expect at least some minor cooperation from the owners, so I asked if I could leave our stuff for a few hours somewhere after check-out before the departure. I was told that the owners have a storage room downstairs but would charge me extra for using it 😀 so all in all, this left a bitter taste.

  Чудові апартаменти, зручне розташування, поруч транспорт, яким можна швидко дістатись до центру міста. Нас зустрів представник господаря і показав місце на паркінгу і наші апартаменти. Все дуже чисто і комфортно, опалення раджу відразу вмикати, якщо ви завжди мерзете як я))) Все відповідає опису, зручні ліжка, досить велика площа приміщення.
