  The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was gorgeous, the whole hotel was spotless and beautiful and in a quiet district.
  Breakfast was great, check out time of 11am gives you plenty of time to relax in the morning. A lovely walk into Prague from the hotel. Beds were super comfortable.

  Huge room, a suite with 3 separate rooms plus bathroom. Loads of space. Very friendly staff and great breakfast in a lovely setting. Good amenities in room, large bathroom. Very clean. Easy to walk to main sights of interest. Very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Hotel has a nice little courtyard garden.
  
  What could be improved: The rooms whilst large do have somewhat dated decor. It didn’t affect our stay but if you are looking for that boutique feel this isn’t it. However for our three days in Prague we were very comfortable and the staff are superb.

  Great location, near the castle and surrounded by embassies so very quite but easily walkable to old town and jewish quarter etc. We booked a Deluxe Room but were upgraded to a suite which was superb. Breakfast was great with a good choice of bread, cereals, pastries, fruit and hot option, coffee was excellent and the breakfast room was a stunning place to start the day. We dealt with a number of reception staff during our stay and all were great with good English. We booked a airport transfer for our trip home which was a good quality car with safe professional driver. We would stay again and definitely recommend.

  The staff were lovely, and the free mulled wine was a nice touch. The apartment we had was a great size, and very comfortable. Loved the quietness of the area but only a short walk to the castle and Charles bridge.
