Overview

First Impressions

When I first pulled up to apartricanova, I’ll be honest — I almost missed it. This four-star property sits quietly on Říčanova street, and there’s something refreshingly understated about the whole setup. You know what really caught my attention though? The fact that I could actually park right on site without paying extra fees. In Prague, that’s honestly like finding gold. The attention to detail in the design creates an immediate sense of comfort and authenticity.

Location & Getting Around

Here’s the thing about this spot — it’s one of those locations that locals would pick if they were staying somewhere temporarily. You’re not right in the tourist chaos, but you’re close enough that getting to Old Town or the castle doesn’t require planning your whole day around transport. I mean, couples seem to really get this location (they rate it super highly), and I can see why. There’s something nice about having a quieter base while still being connected to everything Prague has to offer. The neighborhood strikes a perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility.

The Apartment Experience

The apartment I stayed in felt more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in a typical hotel room. The kitchen was actually functional — not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation, but proper cooking space if you want to grab ingredients from one of the local markets. What surprised me was how much natural light filled the space during the day. The setup works really well if you’re planning to stay more than just a night or two, or if you prefer having your own space to spread out. Modern appliances and thoughtful layouts enhance the overall experience significantly.

Practical Details That Matter

Let me tell you about the parking situation again because it’s genuinely impressive for Prague. Having a guaranteed spot takes so much stress out of exploring the city by car, especially if you’re planning day trips outside the city center. The whole check-in process was straightforward too — no lengthy waits or complicated procedures. Recent guests consistently mention how well-located this place is, and after spending time here, I understand why the property maintains such strong guest satisfaction ratings. The reliability and professionalism throughout your stay are noteworthy.

Why Guests Love It

What really works about apartricanova is that it gives you the independence of your own space without sacrificing the conveniences you’d expect from a quality hotel. The combination of a solid location, free parking, and apartment-style accommodations hits this sweet spot that’s particularly appealing for couples or anyone who values having room to breathe. It’s not flashy or over-the-top, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want — a comfortable, well-positioned base that lets Prague itself be the star of your trip. This property delivers genuine value and authentic hospitality.

Early hotels booking in Prague is essential during major events like the Prague Spring Festival, as accommodations fill up quickly with visitors eager to experience the city’s renowned classical music scene and Gothic architecture.

Nice house, very clean, has everything we needed, close to tram station, quiet area, kind owner.

What could be improved: The room we had on the top floor was a bit cold but they gave us warm blankets.
Toilet is separated from the bathroom and is located on the other side of the hallway but we were the only ones using it so not a big problem.

Comfortable and enjoyable.

The apartment was quite big and had everything we needed. The furnishings were a bit dated but in good condition and comfortable. Although it is slightly outside of Prague Center it has easy access to the tram system, which is very good. The host was extremely helpful with explaining which trams to use and how the ticket system works. Free tram rides for over 65’s is an added bonus.

What could be improved: Nothing
