It’s tucked away on Krásova street in Prague, and honestly, the location alone makes it worth considering. You know what really sold me though? The fact that you get your own private parking space, which anyone who’s tried to park in Prague’s city center will tell you is basically like finding gold.

This area has this amazing location score of 9.6, and after spending time here, I totally get why. You’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the tourist chaos that you can actually breathe. The neighborhood feels authentically Prague — there’s this lovely mix of locals going about their daily business and the kind of quiet streets where you can hear church bells in the distance. Couples absolutely love this spot, and I can see why. There’s something romantic about having your own little Prague hideaway with easy access to the castle district and Old Town.

The Space Itself

The apartment feels more like staying at a well-appointed friend’s place than a typical hotel room. The kitchen is actually functional — not one of those tiny hotel kitchenettes that’s more for show. I found myself making coffee in the morning and picking up fresh bread from the local bakery, which honestly made the whole experience feel more authentic. The terrace is where this place really shines though. It’s not huge, but it’s perfectly sized for morning coffee or evening wine, and you get these lovely views over the Prague rooftops that change beautifully as the light shifts throughout the day.

Practical Comforts

Having that garage space changes everything about exploring Prague. Instead of circling blocks looking for parking or paying ridiculous fees, you just pull in and you’re done. The apartment itself has all those little touches that show someone actually thought about what travelers need — good wifi, proper lighting for reading, enough outlets where you need them. The terrace furniture is comfortable enough that you’ll actually want to spend time out there, not just take a quick photo.   L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité d'un arrêt de tram et d'un supermarché. Le parking est sécurisé et privé. La terrasse est agréable. L'appartement ne dispose pas de climatisation mais les fenêtres permettent de rafraîchir rapidement. L'électroménager est de qualité.
  
  What could be improved: Des rideaux plus occultants seraient appréciables car nous étions réveillés rapidement par le soleil. Le canapé est récent pas mais pas très confortable. L'un des lits grinçait énormément.

  Všetko bolo super a nikdy som nezažil takýto pristup a hlavne manuál ktorý bol úplne bezchybný s video návodom a komunikaciou pred ubytovaným priamo s majiteľom , dokonca skorši príchod bol dohodnutý. Fakt úplna paráda kiež by takto každy k tomu pristupoval . Umiestnenie bolo neskutočne z hlavnej stanice pešo do 5 minút a k tomu bonus rovno pred vchodom bola zastavka električiek a v objekte na prizemi je Lidl proste topka

  Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, auch wenn wir ihn nicht persönlich getroffen haben. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt – direkt neben einem Lidl, ideal für Einkäufe, und ganz in der Nähe der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Viktoria Žižkov, von der man in wenigen Minuten ins Stadtzentrum gelangt.
  
  Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Video, das uns der Gastgeber geschickt hat, um den Zugang zum Parkplatz zu erklären, war sehr klar – man konnte sich wirklich nicht verlaufen. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos.
  
  What could be improved: Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt betrifft die Schlafzimmerfenster: Sie haben nur einfache Stoffvorhänge, die am frühen Morgen etwas Licht hereinlassen – das kann für Personen störend sein, die bei Licht schlecht schlafen.

  Dobrze urządzone i ciche mieszkanie, dobra lokalizacja pieszo ok 40 min do Mostu Karola. Zamykane pokoje, dwie toalety.
  
  What could be improved: Zbyt późno wysłana instrukcja obioru kluczy, wjazdu do garażu itp. mnóstwo zdjęć i filmów, których nie dało się ogarnąć w czasie jazdy. Przynajmniej dzień wcześniej należało je wysłać. Bardzo późne zameldowanie od godz. 17 choć wcześniej była informacja, że istnieje możliwość zameldowania od godz. 15. Ekspres do kawy brudny, zaklejony chyba ktoś wcześniej zasypał kawą rozpuszczlną. Resztka papieru toaletowego.
  Brak wcześniejszej informacji o opłacie klimatycznej.
