Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of Prague apartments, and Apartment Rezidence La honestly surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked away on K Sádkám street – which, if you’re not familiar with this part of Prague, is actually this quiet residential stretch that feels worlds away from the tourist chaos around Old Town, but you’re still only about 15 minutes by tram to all the main sights. The building itself has that classic Central European apartment block vibe, nothing flashy from the outside, but once you’re inside the ground floor unit, it’s clear someone put real thought into making this place work for travelers.

The space feels genuinely lived-in rather than sterile hotel-room clean, if that makes sense. There’s this nice mix of modern touches – good WiFi, updated bathroom fixtures, a kitchen that actually has everything you need – with some character details that remind you you’re in Prague. The windows are solid, which I mention because Prague can get surprisingly noisy, especially during summer when everyone’s out late. What really got me though was how the hosts handle the practical stuff. Check-in was smooth, they actually know the neighborhood well enough to give you real recommendations (not just the obvious tourist spots), and parking… well, you know how Prague parking can be a nightmare, but they’ve got that sorted too.

Here’s what I’d tell anyone considering this place – it’s perfect if you want to experience Prague more like a local than a tourist passing through. The 9.2 rating isn’t inflated marketing nonsense; it reflects what you get when someone runs an apartment rental like they actually care about your experience. Sure, it’s not going to have a fancy lobby or room service, but honestly? After spending days walking around Prague’s cobblestone streets, you’ll appreciate having a real kitchen to make coffee in the morning and space to spread out your stuff. The neighborhood has this authentic residential feel – you’ll hear Czech conversations in the courtyard, smell dinner cooking from other apartments, maybe catch the sound of trams rumbling by in the distance. It’s that kind of place where you start to feel like you’re staying in Prague rather than just visiting it, which is worth way more than any four-star hotel amenities if you ask me.

  We stayed here 2 years ago. Many things changed. Pool, sauna, playground for kids, fishpond, every little thing that just added a value to a great place to stay. Really good place to stay, not too far from the city center, with lots of outdoor activities right across the street.
  
  What could be improved: Lack of some equipement in the apartment like soup scoop, coffee pot, but those are just small things that are not mandatory. Also, oven wasn't working but I am sure owner wasn't aware of that and we didn't want to bother about it as we managed our holiday without it.

  We had a work trip so for us it was great that the surrounding is nature and we could go for a run after work. It was clean and quiet. The bed was small and not that comfortable but that is the only thing that didn’t suit us. Maybe a bigger tv would be a plus.

  The property was incredibly clean and tidy, it had everything we needed, it was also a comfortable space for 4 people, there was nothing else that could make our stay better.

  Roomy, clean apartment with very good equipment. There is a microwave, fridge, induction hob, electric oven… Even a dishwasher and a washing mashine with chemicals to use it. As a guest You can use swimming pool or just relax on nearby chairs or sunbeds. Localisation is away from city centre, but You can use public transport or taxi.
  
  What could be improved: Not much to see in neighborhood. There is no shops nearby to buy something to drink or eat – better do some shopping before You check in. 🙂

  The easy to travel by car or public transport as it is near a motorway and a bus stop that leads to the city. The hospitality was also good

  It seems the building was recently renovated as the apartment and the surrounds are very modern and new. Everything you need is there and works great.
  
  What could be improved: It's a little bit far from the central city (10km), but it is easier to take an Uber there and back than to find parking. I wouldn't say it's a disadvantage.

  Very nice apartment and very nice garden. Excellent with children.
  
  What could be improved: Check in process were very very complex and time consuming, Host wants to have personal meeting but for us it was difficult to know exact time when we arrived. At the end keys were left in safe which very good. This place is located right next to highway so traffic sounds can be disturbing. Also at the end of same street is some truck terminal wich is also disturbing fro early morning. It is dificult to find when it is dark, there are no street lights, take your own light with you will needed it. Dirty dished were left to the dish washer from previous guests and we had not enough clean dishes. Check out time is very early 9.30am.

  A small but perfectly executed apartment with a nice size balcony with a fresh and modern finish. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Even the one in the sitting room was surprisingly comfortable. Great bathroom. Rain-shower was lovely. Very good facilities including a washing machine and a dishwasher.
  Access to a pool. A few minutes walk to a bigger, open air lake with outdoor swimming activities.
  
  What could be improved: We actually loved everything. Even the slight traffic noise from the road didn’t bother us much.
