  Quite large apartment right in the middle of the old town. Hosts were helpful when we had questions or needed something.

  The apartment is very close to the old part of the city. Very spacious and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: We came by car, there is no suitable parking nearby.
  We had dogs with us, the first dog green is approx. 15 minutes walk from the appartment.

  The surroundings were surprisingly quiet (at least in December) although it is very central
  
  What could be improved: The mattress in the main bed was soft as a kitchen sponge. Luckily we were only two and could move to the couch in the living room. That was comfortable.

  What could be improved: There was a strange smell in the apartment. The towels given were not dried well, it smelled because of the moisture. When arriving with the car, was problems with parking, it was not clear where to leave the car, how to pay for parking.

  What could be improved: The ridiculous checking in farce we encountered😡I was sent a photo of an alley and a yellow wall with a small black square on it???
  Thanks to a young couple staying in the same building he informed me that was the key box where our keys would be for the property???? why the key box wasnt next to the door was beyond me! We were asked to pay 20€ for a late check in and was supposed to have been met by someone but nobody ever appeared!
  The smell which we found to be some dirty laundry left in a cabinet next to the door!
  bathroom bin was still full from the previous visitors!
  I asked how we were supposed to pay and was told leave it on the table!! I had to ask (again) where to leave the keys ??? Yes pop them back in the key box yards from the front door😳😳😳😳😡😡😡
  One hour later received a WhatsApp message asking if we had got in the building ???
  well yes eventually but was very stressful and was terrible customer service!!
