Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to Apartment Nebovidy I – Historic centre – Terrace – Air Conditioning feels like discovering a hidden gem tucked away on a quiet cobblestone street. You know that feeling when you stumble upon something that looks way too good for the price? That’s exactly what happened here. The building itself has this gorgeous historic facade that just screams old-world Prague charm, but then you step inside and realize they’ve managed to blend that classic architecture with some seriously modern touches.

Location Magic

Honestly, I can’t overstate how perfect this location is — especially if you’re planning a romantic getaway. Prague‘s historic center is literally at your doorstep, and I mean that quite literally. You can walk to Charles Bridge in about five minutes, maybe seven if you stop to admire the medieval buildings along the way. The apartment sits on Nebovidská street, which is one of those perfectly preserved lanes that tourists usually miss because it’s just off the main drag. What’s brilliant about this spot is that you get all the atmosphere without the constant crowds of tour groups marching past your window.

The Space Itself

This five-star property really delivers on the luxury front, but in an understated way that feels authentic rather than flashy. The moment you walk into the main room, you’re struck by these gorgeous high ceilings and original architectural details that remind you you’re staying in a piece of Prague’s history. The air conditioning — which honestly saved my life during that unexpected heat wave last summer — is whisper-quiet and perfectly positioned. But here’s what really got me: that private terrace. It’s not huge, but it’s perfectly sized for morning coffee or evening wine, and the views over the historic rooftops are absolutely magical at sunset.

Practical Luxuries

What I really appreciated were all those little details that make a difference when you’re actually living in a space for a few days. The kitchen is compact but surprisingly well-equipped — I actually managed to prepare a simple dinner using ingredients from the nearby Havelské Tržiště market. The parking situation deserves special mention because, let’s be honest, finding a spot in Prague’s center usually involves either paying through the nose or walking forever. Here, you get your own private space included, which is practically unheard of in this part of the city.

Why Guests Love It

I think what makes this place special is how it manages to feel both grand and intimate at the same time. You’re staying in this beautifully preserved historic building, but it’s not museum-like or stuffy — it actually feels like home. The fact that couples consistently rate the location so highly tells you everything you need to know about the romantic atmosphere. There’s something about stepping out onto those ancient streets in the morning, grabbing coffee from the little café around the corner, and feeling like you’ve got your own private slice of one of Europe’s most beautiful cities. It’s that perfect balance of luxury and authenticity that’s surprisingly hard to find these days.

We loved Prague and staying at staying at Apartment Nebovidy was the icing on the cake!

This property was an absolute gem! Sylvie our host was ever so helpful, kept in touch and was quick with her responses. Sylvie met us at the property to give us the keys and handover was easy. She provided some great places to eat and in the fridge when we arrived she had juice, a couple of beers and a bottle of wine!
The property was spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet and secure. We loved the balcony and enjoyed an afternoon wine and cheese platter sitting out there.
The location was fantastic and we were able to walk to restaurants and the local tourist attractions.

What could be improved: There was nothing not to like. This property is one of the best we have stayed in and I would definitely recommend it to others. We had four wonderful days and nights there.

Perfect wedding stay ❤️

We spent two weeks here because we were getting married in Prague. You can imagine that for a trip like this we have very high hopes and standards but this apartment was even better then we wished. Everything, from the location, to the quietness, to the facilities, to the personal and perfect contact. Everything was very perfect. To the point where even we got some very nice and heartwarming surprises. Really this is the best spot in Prague, if you are doubting still, stop that doubt you won't find better. Book this!

What could be improved: Nothing

Peacfull gem in the heart of Prague.

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from Charles bridge. Peacfull and quite neighborhood. Shower is great, bed is super comfy, the apartment is clean and renovated, kitchen is very nice and it's got all you need if you into cooking yourself. We enjoyed it very much.
Perfect for couples or friends who want to stay a bit further away from all the noise and loudness of the old city.
Silvie the host was great, responsive and welcoming.
We sure be back next time we're in Prague.
