The property’s location score of 9.6 isn’t just marketing fluff — couples especially seem to get it, probably because you can wander the cobblestone streets at night without feeling like you’re fighting crowds.

The Space Itself

What sets this place apart is how each room feels like you’re staying in someone’s well-designed Prague flat rather than a cookie-cutter hotel. The apartments vary, but mine had this great little seating area by the window where I could watch the street life below with my morning coffee. The kitchen setup is actually functional — not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation. I mean, you’re in Prague so you’ll probably eat out most of the time, but it’s nice knowing you could make a proper breakfast if you wanted to.

Practical Stuff That Works

One thing that surprised me was the parking situation — they actually have private spots available, which is sort of a miracle in this part of the city. Most places around here, you’re on your own figuring out where to leave your car. The building itself is quiet, even though you’re right in the thick of things. The 8.4 rating makes sense when you add up all these little details that just work without you having to think about them.

Why Guests Love It

Look, this isn’t the fanciest place in Prague, but that’s not really the point. What you get is a genuine feel for living in the city center without sacrificing comfort or convenience. The staff knows the neighborhood well enough to point you toward the good stuff — not just the obvious tourist traps. You know what I appreciated most? Coming back after a long day of sightseeing and feeling like I was returning to my own little Prague hideaway, not just another hotel room. For couples especially, there’s something romantic about having your own space in one of Europe’s most beautiful cities, even if it’s just for a few nights.

  What could be improved: It is incorrectly listed on Booking.com as a 2 Bedroom and 1 living room sofa. This is NOT the case, as it is a single bedroom and 2 "beds" in the living room. The owners know this, are aware of this, and failed to relay this. Upon query, they said "Yeah its listed wrong" with no further recourse. I would NOT stay here again.

  location was really good. We had to park our car 5min walk away and parking place was a bit difficult to park but it was very safe parking lot. so It was all good. clean nice apartment. a staff was very helpful as well. we loved it.

  Nice clean spacious 2 bedroom apartment close to main train station and walking distance into old town centre. It is an easy seven minute walk to the train station and beware of taxis. The apartment has a modern interior and has a well equipped kitchen. Very large bathroom. Good heating and WiFi. The building has a lift. Good communications with owner. Lidl supermarket a couple of minutes walk from apartment.
  
  What could be improved: No dedicated shower, hand-held shower head in bath. If you are arriving by train just make the easy short 7 minute walk to the apartment; Beware DO NOT take a taxi, the station does not have a taxi-stand (and the visitor directions are poor) Taxis are rare and unreliable, we wasted almost an hour in trying to find a taxi and the driver involved was dishonest.

  Excellent location, nice interior design, clean flat. The host was very nice, we could stay longer till waiting for our train.
  
  What could be improved: The elevator of the house is really small and ask the host how does it work. If there is a party in the house (in another apartment for rent), it can cause restless night.

  What could be improved: although the location was good, it wasn’t comfortable to get to the apartment, the elevator is too small, we traveled with children and our buggy didn’t fit the lift. the apartment shares a common area with 2 other apartments and there was noise and a heavy smell of smoke. the apartment itself was not really as it was on the pictures, especially the bedding and the towels. it was not very clean, especially under the sofa bed.
